“I visited Beacon awhile back and came across this lovely cafe. The ceasefire sign brought me right in and Wow! I’m a sucker for scones and the ones here are delicious 🤤 and what…. A baklava latte!! Omg that’s a first! LOVED LOVED the shirts the crew wore. I just felt like I was “home” so Def making this my stop next time I’m back and I’m coming early for a sit down brunch. Everybody was so nice and smiles.“

“Best bakery/restaurant around! Can't go wrong whatever you order it will be delicious and authentic. Fresh and cooked in a spotless clean environment. Everyone in the staff are wonderful and friendly, attentive. A true gem of the Hudson Valley. My favorite is the chicken noodle soup, homemade with big chunks of fresh chicken carrot and a wonderful broth. Along with the incredible strawberry shortcake. “Great for breakfast and lunch - a great place for unique gifts, baked goods and local treats. We had a cup of chili, a cup on Sumatra Mocha coffee from Dean’s Beans (it was delicious) - we ordered the salad with goat cheese, grilled butternut squash, and chicken, and the fried eggplant on focaccia. All was so delicious and fresh and we topped it off with a shared piece of their famous carrot cake. You can preorder their famous apple cider donuts. Love this place!“

“What a great diner! We were staying in Fishkill for a couple nights and chose to eat at Red Line Diner both nights. Our waiters Drew on Friday and then Dario on Saturday night were awesome. The food was exceptional and the atmosphere and comfort this diner provides is the best! I hope to go there again someday.“

“Frozen donuts.. while I recommend them due to the availability for someone with celiac disease... I am always HIGHLY disappointed in the consistency of the entire Katz products. The chocolate donuts with the pretty sprinkles actually look old, and moldy. Not appealing to the eye especially when using them as a replacement for NON gluten free baked goods. I've contacted the company multiple times. Bc I buy multiple variety of their products weekly , but after the first response they no longer respond... pretty disheartening bc I consider myself a valued high paying customer“
