“I discovered Jane Bakes cookies at a local market in southern NJ about 2-years ago. They were the Double Chocolate Gluten Free cookies- FABULOUS! The ingredients are clean, they are absolutely delicious!!! I began ordering directly about a year ago. The ordering process from beginning to receipt of order- Fantastic! Process is Quick, cookies are always fresh, all packaging is eco friendly and a beautiful presentation. Looking forward to trying additional Jane Bakes products and wish I lived in the area! “Beautiful clean restaurant! Great staff and huge selection of desserts! Andy and his wife are great people who run a neat operation. Sauce could use a bit more flavor nice portions but it made my dads zuppa pesce a bit bland and my veal parm look better then it tastes. Chicken tiramisu was a great dish and scarp was very good.“

“I cannot say enough about the wonderful people at NBC Poughkeepsie!!! I live 2.5 hours away and needed to order a cake for my daughter's birthday to be delivered to her at school. I called NBC and was lucky enough to have Max pick up the phone. We were on the phone for over 1 hour!!! He was soooo patient with all my questions and changes and crazy tangents -that by the end of the call not only did my daughter end up getting perhaps the best and most beautiful Birthday cake she has ever received, but I no joke wanted to adopt Max!!!! I am a super critical, detail oriented person and I was blown away by just how insanely nice these people were and how much they went out of their way to share with you - and in this case my daughter - their delicious cakes. Honestly, remembering this experience, all I can say is that everyone who owns a store of any kind, should call Max so he can teach you what excellent customer service looks like - and then you should enjoy some of their cake :)“

“Not only is the store front so cute and fun but the baked goods are amazing and affordable. I ordered a vintage style heart cake for my birthday and when I went to pick it up I also got cookies and macarons. Everything was delicious and the staff were friendly and kind. I was given a cake pop for free for my birthday. Also when designing the cake they were very responsive via email which worked out great for me. I’ll definitely be back for more.“

“There are so many unique options at this bakery. The chocolate concha and coquito tres leches were both amazing. When we were craving pan de sal like the ones my family eats in Ecuador, they were happy to bake them for us and had the order ready in only a few hours both times. The sweet lady who prepared our order was super caring and knew a ton about all the menu items. There is plenty of space to sit down and eat. I will make sure to come here every time I am craving something sweet.“

“Messaged them on Facebook to ask about their pretzels, they got back to me quickly. I showed up this morning to a quaint bakery with tables and an amazing selection of cookies, pastries, and bread products and hot meals. The pretzels are HUGE and worth every penny! I left with 2 pretzels, a bag of dinner rolls, an everything pretzel bagel, and rainbow cookies. Safe to say we've tried it all today and are loving ALL of it! Great place, amazing food!!!“
“I brought my daughter for one of Jenay's baking classes. We made a gingerbread house. Jenay was great with all the kids and her "little helpers" assisted the smaller kids and helped us all during the process. Every child in attendance had multiple chances to participate and everything was well-organized. They plan to open their café next month (Jan 2023) offering coffees, teas, sandwiches and pastries, of course. Jenay is using the space to provide baking classes for kids AND adults, including an upcoming Black Panther cake class for the kiddos and a Cake & Sip Beyoncé-themed cake class for the adults. She provides snacks, bevvies and entertainment for the events and it's a very cute set up. Currently, she is also operating as an online bakery so you're able to order her tasty creations and pick up in person. Definitely look out for her upcoming NYC-style brunches with bottomless mimosas, music and brekkie!“
“Fresh baked delicious sweet breads. I'm so glad I stopped in .. the selection of treats is almost overwhelming, but I managed to pick 3 and was not disappointed by any of them. The sweetness is just right, but the flaky pastry and breads are truly artful. You should stop next time you go by - park in Dollar General if you don't want to park on the street, but there aren't any parking meters here, so either way the parking is free. I highly recommend getting your next fresh baked treat from Gisselle's!“

“Whenever I have a special occasion or am charged with "bring a dessert" I love going to The Cakery. They have a wide variety of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, bars, cake pops, and cake balls. Their bakers are real artists who will work with you to create the perfect cake (cookie or traditional) that are as pretty to look at as they are to eat. It's tucked away in a shopping plaza so it can be easy to miss. It's worth the trip. My personal favorites: their bars (cheesecake, brookies) and cake balls (cookie dough is fabulous). Highly recommend if you want a sweet treat for yourself or a special event.“

Cream is amazing, and they offer so many options... big, small, chocolate dipped, sprinkles etc. They are now my go-to for party desserts. Katie’s attention to detail and creativity truly set her apart. She sat with us at our tasting for almost an hour, talking us through each of our tasting requests and working with us closely with us to design a cake that not only looked beautiful but also tasted incredible. Each layer was moist and flavorful, and we even got to mix and match our layers to reflect each of our personal preferences! The cake itself was so beautiful and exceeded my expectations. On the day of the wedding, I left flowers at the venue for Katie to decorate the cake with, and the final result was stunning. The fact that she was willing to do this to match the flowers of our venue was a detail I will never forget. Katie’s professionalism and expertise gave us complete confidence that our cake would be nothing short of spectacular, and she absolutely delivered.
