“great place for a beer and some good bar food.. I guess they started opening at 3 on Sundays now that's third quarter of the early football games. We were enjoying going there for the bills games, and trying to convert Bob into a bills fan. Anyway, still a great place to stop and see Matt and Mary. Good people, and Harley riders besides. maybe hrs will change back in the summer for riding season“

“Had an amazing experience at J.R. Dill Wine Bar… Decor and vibes were amazing, knowledge and skill of the bartender (and owner) was incredible, and the drinks were made to perfection. I personally had the Negroni which used unique and local liquors in NYS. I couldn’t recommend this business any more: an absolute must stop if you’re in the area!“

“We had an impromptu stay in Watkins Glen on our way home to NC. We absolutely loved the hospitality of the staff at Seneca Lodge. The room was quaint and clean. The food at the Lodge restaurant was amazing, both for supper and breakfast. Can't recommend the cinnamon raisin French toast enough! Our server, Joyce, was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!“

“we popped in for some karokee on ours girls trip to Watkins Glen. the night was amazing and so much fun! The bartenders were fabulous and know how to make a drink! The prices were surprisingly low for the amount of alcohol they gove ya!!! I recommend the specialty drinks. Everyone there made us feel so welcome and we danced and sang the night away!!! “This is one of my top favorite bars ever. It's secluded & right on the lake. Food was great. The bar tender was alone and she gave an amazing service to a group of 35 people. They had a joke box and some fun games. The view was just perfect. Drinks, fun and games all night. Highly recommend it.“

“Wow! We felt like we were treated as family. My daughter (V) has Celiac Disease and we very rarely eat out. Carey’s has a dedicated gluten free fryer- we loved the fried pickles and French fries! The owner was extremely knowledgeable and paid close attention to detail. V had special plates/dishes to indicate GF. Her food was brought out on a separate tray, and leftovers boxed and bagged up separately. Everyone else in our party (non GF/Celiac) agreed that all the food was delicious! (Huge juicy burgers were a hit!) We were even surprised with two Gluten Free desserts- cheesecake and chocolate cake. Great experience.“
