“Let me tell you guys how amazing Donna is! i ordered food for my boyfriend and it was stolen by an uber driver, he picked up my food from this location but never confirmed picking it up on the uber app, therefore the order was still saying that it had to be picked up in the system. I called Bww and spoke to Donna and she explained that uber drivers kept coming in to pick up my food that didn't exist. Her advice was to let uber know what happened so that they can cancel the order in the system, and I could re-order it for someone to pick it up. I knew that would take some time & they were about to close in 30mins. Being that my order was still in the system , the 4th uber driver was on his way to pick up my food . I asked her if I could just put the order in with her over the phone instead of going through Uber and she was more than happy to take my order. She took my order and apologized for the wait even though it wasn't her fault , she also said she'll throw in some extra food for the inconvenience. Donna if you're reading this, thank you so much and I truly appreciate people like you, your level of customer service was excellent. You were patient and kind and i'm so glad that I got to speak with you. She definitely kept her word and added extra food to enjoy along with a cute note, i honestly couldn't be more satisfied. Now that's how customer service is suppose to be done. I am genuinely thankful, thank you again Donna! ❤“

Yes, this restaurant is on Long Island, but the Korean food EXCELLENT (better than lots of places in Flushing) and service is OUTSTANDING. Every dish we’ve tried so far (짜장면, 순두부찌개, 육개장, 제육덮밥) has been so amazing, delicious, and authentic (especially the spices!!!). If you’re ever in the area, please stop in and eat here. “Come here daily for salads, burrito bowls, Greek bowls. Pop Salad and El Diez menus are a great deal under 10 dollars (guacamole is free) they even have a combo with chips and drink for $10. Portions are big. You can customize everything, and it tells you in the app if anything has gluten, dairy, or nuts. Hard to review a restaurant that has this level of variety, but the healthy dishes are definitely as good as anywhere else for less money and faster service. The fast pass subscription gets you money discounted on every order automatically so it pays for itself if you come regularly which isn't a problem at a place that has everything and is open until almost midnight every day. The benefit of Wonder having everything is that the entire family can get whatever type of food they want from one location and you don't have to agree on what to have for dinner or lunch anymore. No need to wait on a line at Chipotle anymore.“

After trying Pat and Gino’s in Philadelphia, and then others, I was convinced that I did not like cheese wiz on my Philly. I was wrong, hands down this is the best. I had the grilled stead. It was very flavorful and tender. My niece had the skirt steak which was out of this world. The steak melted in your mouth. My sister-ion-law had the pernil which is her favorite. The food is cooked to perfection, and we left with plenty for another meal. The staff is helpful, friendly, and attentive, providing great customer service. Parking is a bit of an issue, but we were lucky in getting a spot in the lot. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you are offered. El Rincón Dominicano is well-loved by my family. While we live in NJ, we will visit again.“

“AWESOME wings. I’ve been getting these wings the past few weeks, and they are perfect. They have the perfect amount of breading on the wings and its not too much. Same goes for the sauces. They have the perfect amount of sauce on the wings and a great selection of sauces to choose from. My boyfriend and I have been testing out new sauces each time we order and we havent found one we dont like so far. I got a bogo thru grub hub or uber etc, the picture showed a tray of fries and boneless wings. Fry sauce didn't help, and wasn't special enough to buy separately. I got 2 trays both with nice saucy, warm wings and each must of had a handful of cold fries. Literally the soggiest, coldest fries I've gotten from a restaurant. “This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. My order came out quickly and everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. The wings were cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and bursting with flavor in every bite. The seasoning was spot on, and you can really tell they take pride in the quality of their food.

The fries were hot, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself was clean, organized, and had a great atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. Customer service was outstanding, and they made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.
