Wings were great but took a bit to get them. Otherwise it was great. We didn’t eat in but I think it could look a bit more up to date. Bit pricey too.
The website never works and needs to be updated, good luck ordering online for pickup. Then when you call it in, they screw up your order. This has happened to me more than once.
We like Wing Zone. However, lately, the chicken has been over fried very hard to eat barely any sauce on it. And a lot of things are not available at that moment. This place has really changed with the quality of food which is sad.
Wing Zone offers a mix of experiences. While some customers have been disappointed with the quality of food, citing over-fried chicken and limited availability of items, others have had positive experiences with friendly and professional managers, such as the one at the Bellmore location, who ensured orders were correct and provided great customer service. The food can be fresh and tasty, with the wings being a standout.
