7 Best Seafood Restaurants near Bemus Point

“Guppy’s is our “go-to restaurant.” When someone visits from out of town, we take them to Guppy’s. When I want a Friday fish fry, Guppy’s has the best. Look out for weekday specials! Steamed mussels in butter and garlic for two with a side of fries is awesome. My wife always finds delicious gluten free selections and the chefs are always accommodating. Did I mention the great drinks and beer selection? Gondola seating is fun (a couple of times) and there is patio seating as well as indoors for when the snowmobiles are in use - lol. Highly recommended!

Parking: Large parking area behind the restaurant. Even that can get full during tourist season but you can park along side road.“

“My husband & I were visiting the Chautauqua area and every other restaurant we went to was closed on a Saturday no less. We stopped at Docks by chance. The decor is not fancy but our meal was excellent and the service was great! We would definitely go here again.“

Parking: Plenty of parking. Easy access from Southwestern Drive or Fairmount Avenue.

“We had a 3 pm reservation for a party of 6 for Mother’s Day and the whole experience was amazing! We were seated and our server took our drink order right away. The bread and appetizer were really good. We placed our food order and the food was out quickly, hot and amazing. The orange salmon and Mai Mai were 2 of the specials and they were delicious. All our meals were wonderful. Best Lasagna I’ve ever had. The service was great and best dining experience out we’ve ever had on a holiday. Thank you for making our celebration great!“

“We try to eat here a few times a year. You have to be a member. The food is good and the staff is friendly. It's a great place to go to by boat. It's family friendly, has a really nice playground for the kids to play at before you eat. If you go there on a Friday or Saturday, make sure you have time for the wait. Sometimes it can be quite long.“
