“We had our diaper party here and can’t say enough great things about the experience we had and the staff that helped us. From the very beginning Scott, Beth and the rest of the staff were kind, helpful and very professional. We had been coming here long before it was 16 Ellicott and have to say how great the inside looks, how nice the staff is, how good the food still is even after the ownership change. “This is the place to go!!!!! We came in from Pittsburgh to play in a hockey tournament and the staff made us feel right at home with them. Stacy and her staff were so nice to us, even when we were a little loud. The place was bumping all night absolutely is a must go see. “If you build it, they will come. Big tree is at the heart of Bill's country. Practically nestled under the shoulder of the stadium. The wings are very solid. Cooked very well, light crisp, juicy. I would also like to say they are an honest business. I was given 11 wings, One of them was particularly scrawny, which irritated me and then a quick headcount proved why it was included. They hadn't given me 9 and 1/2 wings, they gave me 10 and 1/2 wings. You will definitely get the complete buffalo wings experience, from the big tree inn.

“Went there for the 2 for $7 chili and bacon dogs on a Thursday around 6pm. Was surprised at what a good time we had. Bartender was very nice and helpful. She made us some amazing slushie drinks. I didn't know they offered those. I saw the machine hiding in the back and asked lol. They should advertise that a bit. Hot dogs were great and well worth it. We had a blast playing the MANY pinball machines. I loved the variety of stuff they had. It's not just a pool hall! The whole vibe was great and we will def be back. 4 stars!“

“First time in the area for a Bills game- From Toronto, Ontario..was trying to find a place that was open for some food for after the game. Stumbled upon Kettles. We called from the car asking if we could do an order for pick up. They initially said they usually don’t do that on game nights and prefer people to dine-in. We mentioned that we were driving back to Toronto that night- agreed to make the wings and could pick them up in 20minutes.Did not realize they were a cash only and explained that I didn’t know if my bank card would work in their atm being from Canada- the lady that I was dealing with offered that I could venmo her the amount (Canada doesn’t have venmo) ATM worked. Wings were paid for. Service was great. Staff was very friendly. Wings were AMAZING. Will be a for sure stop every time I’m back on American soil.“

“I hosted a baby shower at Magruders yesterday and everything was phenomenal! We had beef rollups, and baked chicken, which was beyond delicious!! Along with homemade mashed potatoes, corn, pasta, salad and rolls. Shannon was perfect from helping plan the event to making sure everyone was happy the day of party. If you’re looking for a place to host your next event 10/10 recommend here!! Everyone waved about the event“
