“wasn't expecting much... we've driven by dozens of times thinking it was just a bar. we were so wrong! Great food - just outstanding! highly recommend the Mac & cheese along with hog wings!“

“Magruders exceeded all expectations for my party!! Shannon was amazing from helping with coordinating the party, to having food out on time( which tasted amazing), constant cold drinks, and making sure we were happy and had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a place to host your next event 10/10 recommend here!! Will definitely be coming back soon.“

“Friendly and great service.There was only one waitress working. Late lunch hour vary attentive to everyone, under the circumstances. Wait time for food was a little slow but the food was great tasting and would go back again because of the friendliness of the staff(bar tender)coming in and leaving.“

“The Byrd House is a reflection of how I remembered the establishment from when I fist moved to OP. Very Friendly, can come alone or with group. Always welcome, hometown feel. Long bar area on one side and dining on the other. Good cooks with delicious menu! My first choice of where to go to relax. Thank You.“

“Stephanie was an amazing server! She was the only person in the restaurant that acknowledged us. She sat us ,made our drinks, Brought us our food as well as 3 or 4 other tables period we watched every other employee stand around a table and talk amongst themselves while she did everything period she definitely deserves a raise!“
