“This location has really improved over the past year. People are very friendly, the in-stock is so much better than a year ago. I use the Dunkin Donuts mobile app almost daily and a year ago everyday there was something missing from my order. It's rare now to have to alter my order.They currently are a test store for a breakfast empanada. In my opinion this is the best product that Dunkin Donuts has put out in a very long time. Easy to eat on the go, unlike the Taco. Has great flavor. The filling is the right amount and there is everything that's supposed to be in there. If Dunkin Donuts doesn't make these available as a regular menu item, I'll be very disappointed.“

“Popped into Eastview Mall on Memorial Day and had a delightfully big walnut and cream baklava and a small chai. Baklava was to die for and the chai was absolute heaven!“

“Believe the hype! We went to the Penfield location specifically to try the Cuban menu. The restaurant was sparkling clean and the service was excellent. Four of us ordered different Cuban dishes, while my two youngest ordered off the kids menu. The portions were huge - even the fresh fruit side dishes for the kids! Everything was delicious. The whole time, our table was just a chorus of "Mmm!" while reaching over and trying food off of each other's plates. We will definitely be back!“

“Ordered a custom "Heart" shaped cake based on a photo a co-worker gave me. The cake was INSANE! Beautifully done and MUCH bigger than expected. These ladies do great work and it was a joy to present it to my friend for her birthday. She LOVED it. Thank you!“

“i love dunkin however I would never go to the dunkin donuts in victor i waited in the drive through at the window for 10 mins and no one came to take my money or give me my drink. no one even acknowledged me so i drove away with out my drink and went to the canandaigua dunkin donuts.“

“A few other Tim Hortons in the area were unfortunately temporarily closed, so this one was the closest to our route without going too far out of our way. This was our final Tim Hortons stop on our trip and will have to do until the next time we are in the area. The iced coffee was good as usual and a good accomplishment to the doughnuts.“
