“We tried The Gem tonight and we were not disappointed. Friendly service from start to finish. We chose wings as our appetizer and two draft beers! The wings were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. For our main course, we selected the smoked brisket with potato salad and baked beans as our sides. This was by far the best smoked brisket we have had. We ended the meal with the sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream 😍. Head to The Gem for a great meal!“

“Unbelievable brunch!! The Bloody Mary is insane. The chef is amazing. Fresh made to order. Breakfast burrito and homemade hash browns, avocado toast done on warm naan bread with roasted garlic. Food Network should do a feature story.“

“Don’t be fooled by this small near poolside eatery—it’s a great spot if you’re looking for something different from the usual pool menu. Their wings and fried shrimp were delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable.

We also noticed a few visitors from outside the resort wandering the property, and this seems to be the place they choose for lunch.“
