“We tried The Gem tonight and we were not disappointed. Friendly service from start to finish. We chose wings as our appetizer and two draft beers! The wings were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. For our main course, we selected the smoked brisket with potato salad and baked beans as our sides. This was by far the best smoked brisket we have had. We ended the meal with the sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream 😍. Head to The Gem for a great meal!“

“Are here for dinner and lunch a few times while staying at the resort. The salmon I had for dinner dinner one evening was cooked perfectly medium rare. Delicious. For lunch, we had pizza each time we ate there paired with salads. The pizza at this restaurant is the best I've ever had. It is thin crust and has the perfect blend of cheese and sauce. So light and delicious, it's hard to stop eating it. The service is also top notch, very professional but friendly. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner.“

“Great place for drinks and good food“

“It was a bit difficult to find the place within the resort as well as a parking spot but if you just walk around the hotel and go towards the water all the to the end where the beach chairs are you’ll find restaurant and restrooms, the view was beautiful especially at sunset. Food came quickly and was yummy. We tried the land and sea and mahi mahi tacos. I’d recommend wearing a mosquito repellent bracelet if dining here.“
