“This area is seriously lacking in vegan options, so this deli is our go-to. We often get bagels with vegan cream cheese for breakfast or the vegan sandwiches for lunch. They're not the best I've ever had, but they're certainly not bad! The portobello burger or the Philly Cheese steak are my defaults. They also have great juices -- and alt milks for lattes. (Don't order the matcha though, it just tastes like whatever milk base is used without even a hint of matcha flavor).“

“The best chai latte I've ever had! Not sure what was so special about it but it was SO good! The lady working there was nice. I got a cute little table next to the window overlooking the town on a day when everything was covered in snow. It was great!!! I was hoping they'd have breakfast sandwiches too but they don't. Next time I'll just grab a sandwich for somewhere else and still come here for the quiet cafe vibes and a chai! Love this place and you can tell the locals so too. They were all popping in for their coffee on their way to work. Super cute small town feel.“

“We've been coming to the reading room since it opened. We are big fans of the coffee bar especially the hot lattes. We had one yesterday that was delicious, creamy, smooth and had divine chocolate notes. Cup sizing is great too (small = 2 shots, medium = 3 shots, large = 4 shots). They do coffee right in a way that most coffee shops do not!! Staff are always welcoming and kind. Wonderful seating on front porch. Book selection is also great and they will order any book for you! They are the best :)“

The presentation and portion sizes were also impressive. We also enjoyed the queso fundido. The quality of the food was exceptional. It was refreshing to dine at a restaurant where the food was not frozen or from a jar. We highly recommend this place. Our waitress, Trish, was incredibly friendly and attentive.
