“I walked into this place without much research, just saw a high star rating and proximity from where I was at that time. I thought they offer traditional Japanese style ramen. If that’s what you are looking for, you will be disappointed. The staff, service, and overall vibe were great. I ordered the Classic ramen and it was nothing like the ramen I am used to. Although it was eatable, but too oily and black peppery, it was just a different kind of noodle soup dish. I have tried various styles of ramen in Japan so I can say safely that this is definitely “inspired” by them but not a traditional Japanese ramen.
I see many enjoyed their style so it seems to meet their tastes. Just not my bowl of ramen. That’s all. Again, super friendly staff. No hard feelings.“

“Visiting my childhood home town from Boston. Childhood friend and I drove by Bayview Kitchen on our way home. Initially thought it was a kitchen reno store then realized it was a restaurant. Decided to try. Always up for adventure. What a WOW! Staff from entry to restraunt were warm and friendly. Love the decor sleek and so clean. Service was great. Now the important part..the food. We both had the j*** chicken tostada which was super delicious. Ingredients were so fresh.. Right amount of spice and ingredients with a nice kick. Got a chance to speak with owner and chef. They were so proud of their restaurant and looking to hear our thoughts on our meal. We told them it was extra special. They are looking to provide fresh quality soul food to the community and I would say they exceeded our expectations. Wishing them success and looking to return on my next visit to Amityville. The outside stone work decor is so beautiful. Thank you for a great food experience. Give this place a try I believe you will not be disappointed.“

“We a party of 3 adults 2 young children go from brooklyn to long island just to go to PFchang. I will say the ride going i wasn't the happiest person however, We walk in greeted and seated quickly. The waiter young man so pleasant so attentive. He had recommendations,filled with great energy,very helpful and you can tell he's genuinely kind. The food was so good those ribs I cant say enough about them! Lets just say I was eating and dancing in my seat . the customers themselves were beautiful people . She did not leave until she informed us of menu options that she thought we might be interested in and asked us if there was anything that we needed right away. When I told her to give us a little bit of time, she pleasantly agreed and did hesitate to frequently check on us to see if she could meet our needs. I ordered a cocktail for myself and a drink for my son, who accompanied me, and we placed our dinner order. Our food was served promptly and it was hot and delicious. She also made pleasant conversation which I greatly appreciated as this was my first time at an Applebee’s location. She has gained you a customer for life. The bao buns were the best I ever had, wings were crispy and delicious, and the sushi was to die for. You can tell they make everything here with love and use the highest quality ingredients. The menu is creative and I can’t wait to come back and try more of it. Lastly, the service was so friendly. The people here are down to earth and were so pleased to know we enjoyed the food. We sat down to eat and within less than an hour, so many customers and groups came in and out of the restaurant to pick up orders and were greeted with smiles and hugs. “Very solid brewery with a bunch of great options. Probably had one of my now top 5 beers of all time here. I asked for a sample of a beer, but got a different one without having a sample of it. Went back up for a second beer but asked to sample a different before commiting to a full drink. I got told after that second sample I wasn't allowed any more. This was a first for me, because I feel like I'm usually reasonable with sample requests, so I was a bit taken back. I still got a third drink after that, but I was a little put off by being told I couldnt request any more samples. Pretty much every brewery I've gone to, I was always openly told to ask to try as many as I want before making a decision.“

Their Chicken a la Mama, as well as their Granma Vodka pizza brings me to my knees without fail. I'm a bit picky (like extra lemon butter sauce and garlic knots please) but the staff always gets it right.
