“First time trying boba and I’m so glad I came to Gong Cha! I had no idea what to order, but Karina and Jaritxa were both super welcoming and helpful. Karina recommended the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea — she said it was their most popular, and now I know why. So good!
She even asked me how sweet I wanted it and if I preferred light ice, which made the whole experience feel really personalized. The shop was super clean and both girls were so sweet and friendly. 10/10 service — I’ll definitely be back!“

“I came here last night in the rain, thats how hard I was craving bubble tea. The fabulous Adrianna (i think that was her name) greeted me with a warm smile as her A1 musical selection wanted through the store speakers. What a welcoming and authentic experience. She recommended the Oreo Caramel drink, which I purchased along w the adorable Gong Cha key chain and bubble tea Christmas ornament, and I gladly added a tip. Very refreshing customer experience that made a positive impact on me 💯 I will be happy to return again!“

“Bubble bubble! Bubble tea! Quick on the go bubble tea!
Location: it is located inside Baychester Mall. It is kinda tricky to find. It is on the second floor and almost at the end near JC Penney entrance. There is no seating inside.
Service: I just ordered and go, no interaction.
Food: I went here twice and I ordered Tiger Pearl Milk Tea. First time I ordered it with regular sugar and I felt like it was too sweet so the next time I went I ask for 50% sugar and it was amazing! The boba is soft and chewy, they cooked it perfectly!
Price rating: 7 out of 10. Almost $8 for a large
I will definitely come back when I am craving bubble tea!“

“went to Frozen D Lite and honestly I was really happy with it. The prices are super good, not expensive at all. The store was clean and everything looked nice and fresh. They had a full stock of ice cream with lots of flavors to pick from. I’ll definitely be going back again.“

From classic milk teas to fruit teas and creative seasonal specials, this place truly has it all. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca, and it was perfect — the boba was fresh, and you can tell they really care about quality here. The staff was patient and happy to explain the different options and give recommendations. I always stop by whenever I can to enjoy this delicious treat. I definitely recommend trying it!
