“I've been coming to this location for year's, and I've experienced it transition from different owners. Thank God this new owner knows what he is doing. I ordered this cake last minute for my Christmas day dinner. I was expecting them to tell me that it was to short notice for them to have it ready by that date since I literally ordered it 4 day's before Christmas. But to my surprise they took my order and had it done on time. It was ready by the time I got there. The cake to say the least was exactly how I wanted it to be and looked stunning and well crafted. And it was nice and moist it tasted like pure vanilla so good and rich.“

Popped in recently since was in the area and there were a lot more buns/baked items to choose from. Prices are lower than some bakeries. Mochi donuts are $3; buy 2 get 1 free. Steamed buns were ok: tried the pork and veggie; and combo bun - with added quail egg, piece of sausage and shrimp.
Staff is helpful, and amiable.
Have tables/stools so good for a quick bite. No restroom.
Not far from Queens Boulevard so close to buses and Grand Ave/Newtown subway stop.“

“I tried a few treats from Yummy Tummy’s Kitchen and everything was so fresh, delicious, and full of flavor! The cookie was soft and warm, the little pie was perfectly baked, and the cupcake was super moist with the creamiest frosting. You can taste the love in every bite.

What makes it even better is that this place is woman-owned, and the owner herself is the chef and baker behind all these amazing goodies. You can really feel her passion in the quality of the desserts.

I drove twice in 2 days to grab cupcakes and cookies… I cannot say what’s my favourite out of the cupcake, the brownies, the cookies etc because everything was decadent and not too sweet. You taste the quality of the ingredients and the love they put while cooking them. The fact that Carrie was answering me while the business is close is a sign that she’s passionate and that she care about her client. They’re on the expensive side compared to other bakery, but once you compare you understand why… You taste the butter in everything! She helped my fiancé and I pick wedding cake flavors, made suggestions and gave us samples. Her Bavarian cream is out of this world. We ended up getting a lobster tail when we were leaving. I swear on everything I love that was the best thing I had in a LONG time. It was crisp, yet soft and as big as my hand filled from top to bottom with the Bavarian cream. I see why it’s so highly recommended and I’m upset it took me so long to come! This will now be my bakery of choice. I even watched her and all the staff interact and dish out the same warmth and to every customer that came it. I see why they are a staple in the community and I’m so excited for my new don’t cake. “This is a popular bakery store in Chinatown that has lots of bakery and confectionery items. They also sell few cooked dishes like steamed broccoli, pepper streak, chicken, tofu that are sold with white rice. They have bubble teas as well, but it’s powder based. We bought few of their bread items and egg tars.

The store looks pretty old. The menus are handwritten on paper, taped on the walls. There’s one table in the corner for guests to sit, but full of dirt. Despite the issues with the appearance, their food quality and taste keeps bringing lots of customers.“
