Went in to place an order and was skipped several times. Finally place my order and asked for it to be delivered. Took over 2 hours for delivery and I live 10 minutes away walking distance.
I stood online for a while to order my food. I was overlooked and they took another couple before me. I asked the server is there a certain line that I should be able to order my food because I’ve been waiting. She grabbed a takeout tray and throw a little bit of rice in it, I say miss it’s to stay so instead of putting it on a plate she continues to add the meat to my food still in aluminum to go tray. I went here today to pick up some food to take home and it was all delicious! My husband had the chicken soup and I had the fried fish with rice and sweet plantains (maduros). We also tried the pastelitos. It was all super tasty. The restaurant was so clean and bright and the service was super friendly.
