Barrio Bronx Bar, formerly Havana Cafe Takeout, offers a relaxing and chill atmosphere with vibrant, lively, and loud vibes that include hookah and live music later in the evening. The food is really good, tasteful, and delicious, with specific highlights including a good Cuban sandwich, yummy chicken mofongo with lots of sauce, camarones enchiladas with excellent sauce, and tasty pollo a mojo. Other menu items like the fried chicken roll sushi, steak tacos, and chili wings are also available, with experiences varying. The service is okay and can be excellent, though sometimes inconsistent. The spot is wheelchair accessible and family-friendly. While the energy and music volume can sometimes feel inconsistent or too loud, it remains a place many would revisit for its good food and good company.
