knew I wasn’t crazy. The workers were rude and acted like they were above everyone else. Then seeing that video of them refusing to accommodate someone with a disability just confirmed it. At the very least, it was raining — the bare minimum would’ve been allowing people to take shelter with basic human decency.
I am deeply disappointed by the way a fellow Soldier and her family were treated at this establishment on Mother’s Day. During their visit, her brother began experiencing a seizure, and instead of showing compassion or urgency, they were left standing outside in the rain while he was actively having a medical emergency.
