“Place was clean upon arriving and service was pretty quick. I only came to redeem my points for 2 free vanilla cones which were very good. I was surprised the ice cream machine was working at this location lmao. But the only thing that threw me off was that the guy giving me the ice cream cones looked at me pretty weird. I didn’t like that. It really sketched me out while he was handing me the 2nd cone.“

“I went to this branch by pure chance because an establishment near which I was going was not providing service, so I thought about eating before leaving the area. I entered, and I was received by a very friendly and willing staff with everyone, even with the children present, and an excellent mechanism enabled to take orders. The place is very clean, and they even have a good playlist :) I enjoyed it a lot.“

“They have self serve kiosk, however we prefer to wait on line. From Management to Front End and Back End Staff they are amazing and patient. I only get to visit the place 1 time. Used the kiosk to order and accidentally selected dine in (I usually choose takeout even if i'm dining in). They brought the meal to me with the proper tray and overall pretty pleasant experience. It wasn't hectic as some Mcdoanlds can get. The crowd is mix but overall very under control“

“It's an ok McDonald's. But the Santa picture and toy day was wack. They gave the kids cheapest paper Connect 4 toy (it fell apart). If McDonald's sponsored that event they should of gave out happy meal toys. The amount of money people spend buying McDonald's come on!.“

“The workers were kind and very helpful. The greeter was going to help me on the kiosk but I told her that I got it but when I was trying to order my coffee with milk. There was no milk listed as an option on the kiosk. The greeter reassured me that she will tell the workers in the back about adding milk to my coffee. While I was waiting for my food to be prepared, I asked the greeter if there was a bathroom and she told me yes and proceeded to let me into the bathroom. The bathroom was spotless and clean. When I came out I sat down waiting for my food to arrive. One of workers in the back brought my food to me but forgot to bring the milk. I reminded her that the kiosk did not have milk as an option. The worker kindly went to the back and got me hot milk and told me to let her know if I need anything else. There is a lot of people here and it’s 8:56 am on a Wednesday morning. I never got this type of treat in a fast food restaurant let alone McDonalds. Good job!“

“The manager is lovely and really does her best to take care of things despite the chaos of Bruckner. It is extremely overwhelming with the delivery orders, the kiosks, the cashier orders, and the drive through going on while people are peeping their heads over the countertop hovering over their order. I think for a South Bronx McDonald’s they are doing great considering the location and high customer demands. I have never had a bad experience here and have always received a fresh and correct order. (I mostly come early in the morning so I cannot speak on an afternoon or late evening experience.)“

“Mcdonald's fast food service is a masterpiece in business. My 2025 favorite meal is the new Steak, Egg and Cheese Bagel with its special sauce. Now I recently learned about the substitute button on the register and swapped out my bagel for a McGriddle. Use 1500 rewards points for a extra hash brown patty. Mcdonald's can see me everyday for my McGriddle Steak Egg and Cheese breakfast bomb meal. Fast food pleasure all the time.“

“Beware what you get to this McDonald's lol. The service is subpar at best. There's always a wait and a lot is going on. People could just come and use the bathroom making it crowded for no reason. Then the wait for your order is ridiculous and the language barrier ? turn on Google translate. “95% of the time, my order is incorrect at this McD's. For example: if I order a double hamburger, why is there cheese on it! The cook doesn't pay attention to the orders. Not everyone eats cheese. There have been times I've gone home and had to return my order because something is missing or my order is wrong.

I have also ordered on the McD's mobile app from 4 blocks away, and by the time I get there, my order is still not done. Why go on the app to order in advance, and I still have to wait.

See below for the attached example of my double HAM, which is not supposed to have cheese as stated on the order.“

“McDonald’s is an iconic restaurant and I haven’t had chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger in several years. The food is always very tasty and it is good to eat from my childhood franchise. My friends and I reminisce the times we ate at McDonalds as children. Since it was the evening, customer service and delivery of food was quick and easy. I love McDonalds.

Parking: In the evening, parking is gracious, lots of space and no hassle in the evenings. Great to discuss plans with your comrades or associates in an unassuming franchise.“

“The restaurant is bleak, to say the least. It feels dark and dingy, and it smells like a Bodega instead of french fries. Almost as if it was designed by the Hamburgular. The food is, well McDonalds. If you like McDonalds then you'd like the food. Prices as of recently have been reasonable, still a "once every couple of months" type of purchase for me, however. They handle high volumes like genies. I've ordered food in a packed lunch hour of 25 floor orders and cars wrapped around the building and still got my food in about 10 minutes. They get it right 90% of the time too, which is better than most Mickey D's. Basically, if your gonna take out or Uber eats, it's fine. If you're gonna dine in, prepare to leave depressed lol.

Parking: You'll always have a spot to park. They converted half of the old McD's building to more parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps everywhere and no steps in front of any doors. I think they also have those automatic opening buttons as well.“

“I give them a 4 because the ladies that work there are very pleasant and professional with customers. But food service not too good. My apple pie felt cold, my Frappe was melt and hot not icy. “The food and the service are great. This is quite the modern establishment with some art on the walls. However, over the years, this location has somewhat deteriorated when it comes to cleanliness. Only some of the ordering machines actually work, and the employees can't fix them due to the large crowds that come on the weekdays. Specifically on school days at 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. This franchise is quite peaceful on the weekends, though. The quality food at this franchise is superior to other McDonald's locations that I have been to. For these reasons, this McDonald's gets a four-star rating.“
