I ordered boneless Chicharron de Pollo and made it clear that I didn't want it overcooked or dry since it can be inconsistent in quality. Additionally, I requested extra sauce, but both requests were overlooked. To make matters worse, I sensed that they were bothered when I asked for the extra sauce I had already requested.
