“I recently visited Aman Halal Pakistani Restaurant and Catering, and the food was absolutely outstanding. I ordered the chicken biryani, butter chicken, and chili/kolah chicken, and every single dish exceeded expectations.

The chicken biryani was one of the best I’ve had in a long time — incredibly flavorful, perfectly cooked rice with each grain separate and fluffy, not sticky at all. The spices were well balanced, and the chicken was extremely tender, soft, and juicy, soaking up all the flavors beautifully.

The butter chicken was exceptional. The gravy instantly brought back childhood memories of home-cooked food rich, comforting, and deeply flavorful without being overly sweet. It had the perfect balance of spice and creaminess, exactly how authentic butter chicken should taste.

The Koyla chicken was another highlight succulent, soft, and packed with flavor, with a wonderful texture and spice level that complemented the dish perfectly.

Overall, the food tasted fresh, authentic, and made with care. You can truly feel the love and tradition in their cooking. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for genuine Pakistani flavors and comforting, delicious food. I’ll definitely be coming back again.“

Pricing is a little ambiguous since there’s no upfront prices once you walk in and if you order the food on the display. We paid over a $100 for everything on the picture but taste was good.“

“Retro Indian songs, home like food, if you are a paratha fan, and miss ur mom's paranthe, this place is the one for you. The best part is Central park is nearby, so once you are done with ur parantha, you can walk and relax in ur food coma slump!!!!!“

“Alhumdullilah everything is halal here. No frills, nothing fancy here whatsoever but the food will hit the spot for many that work or shopping around the area. It's on 33 Street opposite of Macy's and Madison Square Garden.

I have been coming here for a very long time even before they switched hands. I still continue to patronage here many years later.

It's now the only dine-in halal food place that actually serves Spanish halal food I think as of this review, of the entire Manhattan Island, outside of Mexican Latino halal food that are slowly popping up. The other halal Spanish spot that used to be by Queens Bridge few blocks away from El Ber and who also served halal Jamaican food there too sadly no longer exist and turned into a American halal burger joint before COVID.

In addition to their halal Spanish food menu, they also have American fast food and also a surprisingly pretty good Indian food menu there as well. Just advising everyone food definitely better just around lunch time when it's out the kitchen. Later in the evening doesn't look too fresh or appetizing but hey, sometimes I still come around anyway at that time. And every now and then I'll come for breakfast. And that's good too

They call it chicken Tikka but what it is is a hefty kebab freshly grilled ground chicken with spices, served with naan bread, and spicy yogurt sauce, for five bucks. It's substantial, but more than that, indescribably delicious. “The food is super super amazing. I forgot to take pics but the food was brilliant. We were given ample cutlery. We got the channa masala which was super authentic in terms of Pakistani taste. It just tasted like Lahori channay. We also got chicken tikka (7 pieces for $6) which was also amazing. The roti was also the best. Overall, the place is the best for food.
If there is any improvement, it’ll be that the environment and drapes should be changed to bring in natural light a little bit.
