DO NOT ORDER from this place. Made an order at 12:10. Called restaurant at 12:45pm because tracking didn’t show any movement on order and employee stated they didn’t open until 1pm (website as this Facebook page doesn’t reflect hour change) so i decided to calm back at 1pm. We’ve ordered for pick up a few times, and they usually always seem to be busy. We always try and time it so it doesn’t sit there for too long and get cold, but we live less than a mile away and I almost always have to heat up my food again. One time, one of the Ranch sauces were open, and they forgot an additional that was ordered. But last night, they gave us an entirely wrong pizza order. I can not comprehend why the store hours say they open at 11am, and there are employees in the store yet they say the store opens at 12. The staff is extremely lazy and is a horrific respresentation of the Papa Johns company. Papa Johns I am an educator across the street we are forced to go to your competiton- Dominos for all school parties and sorts. You must be losing alot of money!
