“I recently visited the Subway restaurant and had an outstanding experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and made to perfection. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Litonur Rashid. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.
Litu's dedication to his work and passion for delivering top-notch service is truly commendable. He took the time to understand my order, offered recommendations, and made sure everything was to my liking. His positive attitude and warm smile made me feel valued as a customer.
The restaurant's cleanliness, ambiance, and overall quality of food were also impressive. However, it was Litu's exceptional service that made my visit truly memorable.
Kudos to Litunur Rashid and the entire Subway team for a job well done! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

“I love this spot because not only because the food is accurate every time (and yummy) but because of the workers there. They are so nice!!! I would have given 5 stars but they do not open at 830am like this says(or their door) they always seem to open by 10am. No complaints just would like that to be updated if its not accurate. Please update the sign, its clearly causing people to get mad in your reviews and is affecting your rating.

“I went to buy a sandwich today at the Subways located on Prospect Ave in the Bronx and the person taking care of my order named Rashid was very attentive and pleasant. Told me about the daily store specials and took my order and made it to perfection. Will be coming back more often to that location.“
“This Subway is one of the longest restaurant that has been around for years, glad it still around to fulfill my Subway needs. One can't go wrong with creating your own sandwich, the customer service is really quick. I don't know about other people, but never had a problem here.“
“THEY ALLOW COUPONS THROUGH THE APP!Hello! I am here to share some good news. I saw one of the reviews said they don’t accept coupons and they don’t! Which why I give it 4/5 stars!But if you are planning on buying with a card anyways I would recommend getting the app and do an order to pick up! There you are allowed to put in your coupon code and get the discount you want!I figured this out when the mean man behind the counter yelled at my brother telling him he doesn’t accept coupons but before we even got there I made sure I was able to order with a coupon through the app and I was!Just wanted to share that advice since we are all struggling with income out here and it’s just not fair. I hope I was helpful!“
“This new Subway just opened up so I gave them a try and I am so glad I did as I will come back! Customer service was pleasant and helpful and the food was good and fresh. Love the turkey sub and new lavash wrap. So tasty and healthy too. Also tried the tuna and it was super fresh and delicious. Easy location to access on a busy street. Clean restaurant and nice friendly people, will visit again.“
“I came in to order the Italian BMT. To drink I had a water. As for the food and drink, I had a positive experience. However, I am very concerned about the language barrier and staff members working at this branch. due to my blindness,I proceeded to ask the gentlemen to restate all the items put in the sandwich before I proceeded to check out. He had lots of trouble understanding my question. We went in circles for about five minutes. He even told me I was wasting his time.Although he finally understood, I am still concerned about future customers coming into the establishment and having to go through this experience. I certainly hope that they can hire more staff membersWho are more familiar with the English language. Thank you!“

“Great place to eat a subway. I always get the Chicken teriyaki, It was really fresh when they opened but after a while the quality has been getting worse. I feel like it is old chicken and it doesn't feel like teriyaki but overall it is a nice place to eat. Cheers.“

“I love this location because it's so peaceful, clean and there's plenty of space. It's usually not busy but when it is, it'll clear up in a second. Staff is very friendly. Prompt and excellent service. The sandwich I order the most in this place would be the Chicken and Bacon Ranch Melt. I recommend this place if you're nearby and want to grab a bite.“
“A regular Subway with a few tables and chairs so you could eat there. Service was quick, respectful, and made it easy to order. Remove a lot of options now that Subway released the made-to-order sandwich options, but you can still make your own and customize it.
A Subway like any other with some tables and chairs to eat at. The service was fast, respectful, and it was so easy to place your order. They already have a good amount of options with the new sandwiches they came out with, but you can still customize what you want and make it your own.“
“Very fresh products but I notice most of the Subways withhold 1 slice of meat,people there are 8 slices of meat on a footlong and I always catch them putting only 7 so I say something and they always correct it. Count your slices when they make your sandwich 👌“
“This is far and away my favorite location. The entire staff is always so nice and efficient and their sandwiches actually look like the picture and the ingredients are always the freshest. I live a couple of blocks away from the subway on East Tremont, but this is totally worth the drive. I come here every time. Thank you for always making my lunch perfect!“
