Front glass and glass doors are always filthy / dirty with finger prints and smudges. Chicken pieces are abnormally big. Mashed potatoes and Mac n Cheese are stale and seem to be sitting for too long in the fridge.
The quality of their chicken isn’t consistent. One day it’s delicious and juicy, another day it’s dry and not edible. Also they only give 2 packs of ketchup for 3 pcs of chicken… they charge if you want more ketchup.

Complete waste of money . Literally threw away half of it , had no intentions of eating it later . The Chicken pieces were large but had absolutely no seasoning , no flavor .. The mash potatoes with bits of some seasoning and Gravy was the best part of the whole meal .. the " biscuits" were 2 pieces of stale bread rolls , the cheapest kind ..not biscuits at all .The Employees are friendly, but it just seems they need someone in there who knows Fried Chicken, which they clearly...read full review
