Very authentic fujianese food!
Authentic Fuzhou taste
We were visiting this Chinese neighborhood in Brooklyn and one of the employees recommended this restaurant for noodles. It was amazing, really one of the best places we have eaten and seemed very authentic. This is very much understated, a hole in the wall with a relatively simple menu.
