“Great customer service, happy with the amount of ice cream they give. Clean and well tidy, there’s this guy prolly in his late 19 Indian/Bengali very nice, and well behavedExtremely polite, and pays attention to what you want. The scoops are always scoop full, fantastic. Should give him a raise or something .“

“Hello. I first asked for a one scoop of strawberry ice cream on a sugar cone and he went straight for the sherbet. After we said, “No, no, no the strawberry please!” He proceeded to give me a ginormous scoop of strawberry ice cream. We then asked for a sample of mango ice cream and he said, “We dont give out samples anymore, but for you, no problem.” He then handed us a sample of blueberry ice cream. Afterwards, we decided to order some glazed munchkins, I wanted to order two, but he gave us 3. Then he saw we were confused and gave us 4.“

“This place recently went through renovations. As of now, the inside is more welcoming, much nicer atmosphere and it can seat more people than before. As for the service it is ok. The quality of coffee served is ok, sometimes it is horrible. The staff is nice however they definitely need more training.“

“What a lovely classic ice cream parlor! The service is top notch, we were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. We never waited more than five minutes to get our ice cream.(And we went 3 days in a row, 4 if you count the airport location.) You are handed a menu when you arrive so reading all of the options occupies the wait. The ice cream is fantastic, our favorites were the rum bisque and the butter pecan!“

“Treat after a long day at Luna park and the beach. Thankfully I had a Buy 1 Get 1 free coupon which really helped because the ice creams were amazing. The Jamoca Fudge and Oreo Cream were the bomb. 100% recommend. “I needed an ice cream cake for a birthday, so I asked Google for the nearest Baskin-Robins to my location and lo and behold there was one just 2 blocks from me. I called ahead for hours of operation, the staff on the phone was very helpful, he even physically cheched the refrigerator fir me, which was very humane of him. When I got there, it was just as easy to complete my purchase, I didn't see the guy I spoke with over the phone, but he has my on going gratitude and respect.“

“We walked by several times in our 4 day visit to NY and the lines were always really long. Finally in the last hours of our stay we saw the shortest line we had seen and decided that was our opportunity! They feature many delicous flavors including 2 vegan options, so of course I had to try a scoop of each“

“Ice cream is a beautiful thing, and it isn't done more beautifully than Baskin-Robbins! Every flavor they have is delicious. They are the only place where I have waited for 45 minutes and been completely okay with it, because I loved what was delivered after the wait. Also, there are times you can go and not have to wait too long. If you are ever in downtown NY very late on a week night, that's your best shot to get Baskin-Robbins! Either way, Leopold's is worth it, and they also have online ordering!“

“Great experience here I just came from Basket Robbins to get ice cream and Kamil did a great job and was well respectful and was full of energy he explained to me what favlors you guys had and even had me taste samples which I was really impressed I will definitely visit more often .“
