“Nice place, nice location, friendly informative staff, great service, good food, good portions. Perfect dining experience. We had the river dog oysters for an appetizer, we split a mickeys salad, and a meg Ryan pizza, espresso was great. The pear brandy was great with the ice cream. Will definitely go back.“
“I've come here sporadically in the past but after joining a local climbing gym last year, I come here almost weekly.
I've had the pleasure of getting to know some of the folks by name. And every one of them is kind and welcoming.
I'm also a fan of the beers! I have multiple favorites. There's always something new to try and everyone behind the bar is very knowledgable.
Also Billy Bob has a dope playlist he plays from time to time. All hiphop. East coast, west coast, NOLA, Texas, so much love for all regions.
A beautiful thing.“

“After surfing through a few results that had mixed reviews, I landed on this spot in Williamsburg. Solid amount of stars and reviews (you can also tell a lot about a place that has a nice website, duh) intrigued me so I clicked through. Sorted through the photos of the food and they definitely had the steak I was looking for but I needed to confirm a few other things - do they require reservations? When are they serving dinner? Is this place a hole-in-the-wall (I don't mind holes-in-the-wall, just wasn't what I was looking that afternoon)? I double check their Yelp page and the site and I was glad to see that no reservations are required and dinner was starting at 5 - cocktails and empanadas were available until 5 came around. They have a nice dining room/bar area with a nice little dining area in the back, and also outdoors in the front. I wanted to be inside that day considering the high temps due to the humidity.
I finally get to the spot, and I say finally because I had to go back to 14th St Manhattan and connect from there to get to Williamsburg, 23 mins before they start to serve dinner. When I walked in I felt a very intimate yet lively latin vibe - it was dimly lit and there was good music being played at a comfortable volume. I don't like it when I'm dining out and the server and I have to compete over the music to hear each other so these guys definitely had it right. I would definitely bring a date here. I was greeted by the bartender and let him know I wanted to grab a solo seat for dinner. He asked if I had a reservation, which I thought was a little odd and led me to believe Yelp and the website wasn't up-to-date but when I replied no, he said it was no issue. He told me to grab a seat anywhere I liked so I sat at the bar and he advised me that they won't start serving dinner until 5 o'clock as I mentioned previously. After I got myself situated, I excused myself to the bathroom to wash up. I took note of the back dining area which was really nice. The bathroom was clean and it looks like they take care of it on the regular so those are more points in my book. I got back to my seat and the bartender pours me a glass of water and leaves a bottle at the table. I should've asked if they had sparkling and opted for that. The tap-water is just way too warm, but it was what it was. I didn't opt for any other drinks, considering I don't drink sodas or alcohol. Bartender handed me a menu which confused me for a bit because it seemed like it was drink menu - it was smaller than size than a normal menu. I'm browsing through and noticed at the bottom of the menu, besides their wifi network and password, they only take cash and American Express. Odd but maybe that's a NY restaurant thing? I double-checked that with the bartender and he said they have an ATM in the back in case I needed it. Turns out I had enough cash on hand and continue looking over the menu. I get to the entrees and I find the Churrasco and I let the bartender I wanted that medium. I should've asked him if they could throw an over-easy egg on top.
About 15-20 minutes later, one of the BEST steaks I ever had was served. The presentation was amazing! The steak was cooked to perfection - nice and tender and the color was just right. It came with a side of chimichurri which unlike other ones I've had, wasn't too salty. As you can see in the photo I took, the steak also came with a side of greens and these potatoes that were like no other, crispy on the outside and perfectly baked on the inside.
All-in-all I would definitely come back to Tabaré and I'm willing to bet everything else on their menu is just as out-of-this-world as this steak!“

“We stopped in for a quick brunch at Aira and it was delicious! If you’re looking for a sweet and savory breakfast, highly recommend the Aita breakfast - which comes with 2 eggs, bacon, berry pancakes, greens and home fries. To drink, I had the Greene Mary. Would come back here again!“

“Excellent food and service. I went there tonight with my family and it was awesome The food is fresh and comes out delicious and plentiful for all of us. Our waitress “Caterina” was friendly and prompt with our food. I told her I didn’t eat fish so when my family ordered clams & sauce, she put the dish on the other end of the table and brought me a rice ball special - which was delicious l. She was very fast with replacing the empty plates and periodically asked us if we were OK. One thing I really like about this restaurant is that it is wheelchair accessible. No steps or uphill ramp- the whole place is flat. Caterina was very helpful also by helping me transfer to my seat and she put my wheelchair in a safe spot out of the way. I highly recommend this place!!!“

The environment inside the store is very comfortable, the decoration is simple and warm, suitable for enjoying leisure time with friends or family. The service attitude of the staff is very friendly, warm and thoughtful, and can provide professional coffee knowledge and advice. The price is relatively reasonable and cost-effective. “The place is clean and quiet. The food is tasty and the service is good. The burgers are really good and tasty.
The price is affordable, especially with the lunch offers.
They have popcorn as a welcome snack for the guests.
The car barking is available off the street.
They have a takeaway option.
It worth trying!
Yet, it is not a good option for vegetarian people.“

“One of the best burgers in Brooklyn.
Thick, juicy burgers cooked exactly how you want it. The sides are delicious and plentiful.
I typically get the regular DuMont Burger, the smaller size, with onion rings and maybe soup if they have tomato that day. The DuMac and cheese burger is a good way to get a bit of the good stuff without buying a full order of the Mac.
Smash burgers are on trend right now, and I don’t understand that. I love a thick burger, and I order medium rare because I am confident in the quality of their food.“

“I don’t know why this isn’t rated higher. This is an insanely good burger joint. The burger is savory and perfectly sauced with just a hint of pepperyness on the sauce that brings out a ton of flavor. The fries were perfectly golden and crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.
The staff are super friendly and fun! The music is great. Seltzer water from the fountain machine!
And it’s open late-ish! Can’t beat it“

“This branch is very cosy, the team is caring and motivated, I feel energy and welcomed when I visit whether it's lunch or dinner the team is always consistent with positive attitudes, I've visited other branches of Shake Shack, this one stands out of them all that I visited, keep up the good work!!!!
Parking: It's downtown Brooklyn, be careful parking as there are lots of restrictions during lunchtime, it's a lot easier during dinner time,“

“Four of us enjoyed a tasty and well prepared meal in a very, very noisy atmosphere. There was a large party in the center of the restaurant having a marvelous (though very, very loud) time. Fortunately, it didn't meaningfully affect our dinner; we soldiered on. Calamari Fritte very tasty, Risotto, very tasty and well prepared. In summary, looking for a tasty affordable Italian meal in Clinton Hill, this is your spot.“

“While not very big, the bar area behind the curtain is a great vibe with some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while. I asked for something caffeinated and icy and received a fantastic coffee based cocktail that was so great I just told the bartender to make me whatever he wanted for the second. The lemon - soda - minty cocktail he made next was even better!
The guy who studied in Oregon is a very talented mixologist and I don’t even know what my bill is gonna be yet - im sure it’ll be worth it.“

“@bun.haus in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is serving up some serious flavor in a cozy spot that’s perfect for foodies looking to try something new. Here’s the breakdown of my picks:
**Double Haus Burger** - 5/5. This burger hits all the marks with juicy patties, a great blend of flavors, and just the right amount of cheese. It’s a classic done incredibly well.
**Steak Haus** - 6/5. This one stole the show. The Steak Haus is perfectly tender, with layers of bold flavor in each bite. It’s a must-try if you’re here.
**Chicken Sandwich** - 4.5/5. Crispy, flavorful, and well-balanced, this sandwich has just the right crunch. Only thing missing was a little extra spice to make it unforgettable.
**Angry Chicken Fries** - 6/5. I couldn’t get enough. These fries come topped with a spicy kick that keeps you coming back. They’re addictive and loaded with flavor.
**Seaweed Garlic Fries** - 3/5. While unique, these fries didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The seaweed flavor was mild, but I think the garlic could have come through a bit more.
**Pumpkin Spice Shake** - 4/5. This shake is creamy, with a smooth blend of pumpkin spices that make it perfect for fall. Not too sweet, but just right if you’re in the seasonal spirit.
**Yuzu Honey Lemonade** - 3.5/5. Refreshing with a hint of yuzu, but the flavor could be a bit stronger. It’s a nice complement to the meal but didn’t wow me.
If you’re in Williamsburg, Bun Haus should be on your list to try. The Steak Haus and Angry Chicken Fries alone make it worth the visit. I’ll be back for round two.“

“Incredible customer service, they always make me feel right at home and like it’s a fancy NY restaurant. It’s super clean inside and everything always comes out fresh and hot. I truly cannot recommend this location more because it’s a different experience from the fast paced action at the others. Definitely pop by, you’ll notice everyone working there smiling and laughing and it’s a breath of fresh air. 11/10 every single time.“

“Food was good, got two orders: fried pork chop and chicken cutlet rice, those come with tomatoes and lettuce below the fried meats. I went here pretty late so I called them prior to going there to place an order in advance but they missed my call. However they called back shortly after to apologize. They ended up giving me extra free fries (nicely fried) for the inconvenience which was pretty nice of them to do!“

“IMPRESSIVE! My first time trying and they didn't disappoint on any level! Ordered the Brooklyn Burger meal. Normally I order my burgers medium-rare if I had the choice. Here, you don't. But lemme tell you, the medium-well patty was cooked to perfection and was the juiciest I've had in a long time - if ever! Kudos to Chef on their meat blend and fat ratio! The bun was so soft with added bonus of toasting which adds nice texture. Their sauce is nuanced and adds another layer of unctuousness to the bite without being overwhelming.
You get to choose from 3 different kinds of fries for your meal, which is practically unheard of in these days inflation. I opted for sweet potato fries. I like them extra crispy and that's exactly what they were! They may have even been twice fried because each fry had a magically crispy exterior and tender interior. It reminded me of classic Belgian pomme frites. They're served in an adorable cardboard cup lined with cone-shaped paper.
Their drink selection is small but decent and even had a Polar seltzer Apple Lime flavor that I've never tried.
For real though... their combo meal is a few dollars more than Mc D's combos down the block. It's worth spending more for better food.
Service is phenomenal. Front staff couldn't have been nicer, all smiles. Sit-down area is clean, open and nicely lit. Will be back again!“

“Eat Street NYC is an absolute gem in Brooklyn! The food is fresh, flavorful, and reflects the best of NYC’s food scene. But honestly, what makes this place stand out is the owner. He’s truly a champ and embodies what it means to serve with heart. You can tell he genuinely cares about every customer’s experience and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome. If you’re looking for fantastic food with equally fantastic service, Eat Street NYC is the spot. Highly recommend!“

“Revising my review because they revamped the place, and became halal certified. Added 2 new digital ordering kiosks which is great. Food took about ~10 min to come out.
I tried their chicken wrap and it was okay, the chicken was a bit soggy and even though the menu said it came with tomatoes there were none in mine. I also think that the cucumbers don't really match the rest of the flavors, maybe pickles would be better.
The popcorn chicken is amazing, just a bit too spicy (uneven coating of spices). The prices are quite good though for the portion sizes.
Overall, I'd come back since it's good to support smaller shops and halal certified places.“

“Good place for Thai twisted food. We got Krapow burger and Thai tea. Burger was good, the spicy was kicked! But the Thai tea was quite fade for me. The restaurant was cute and cozy. They have few tables, inside looks so clean. They have cute merchs as well, like some shirts and tote bags. I want to go back and try their holy basil stir fried and crispy pork belly.“
