Spicy tuna is way too sour.
Caught a live tuna cutting show today 🐟🔪 This tuna was massive — around 350 lbs. Watching the chef break it down right in front of you was such a show before the meal even started.
Then the taste test… the tuna literally melted in my mouth. You could tell it was fresh off the cut — sweet, clean, zero fishiness.
