“this corner spot caught our eye at around 9 on a thursday with it’s red glow & cute sunken dining room that is visible from the street. the ambiance - warm and cozy. the service - quick and very personable. the bartender is awesome. the food & drink - perfect. got the spiked horchata drink n a birria res gordita, both amazing and still thinking about… ***the best fresh masa/tortillas pressed right before serving - all within view from the bar - dinner n a show. literally can’t say enough good things. excited to come back. :)“

“Those in the know won't worry to much about 5 leaves not being rated a 4.5 or higher, why you ask? Because it really doesn't matter when the ricotta pancakes are THAT FREAKING GOOD! Seriously every 3rd person orders those pancakes. They also have a great Mocha and black kale salad. If you're not in the mood for sweet fair try the moroccan scramble which is perfect for something light but filling. I got the BLAT on my first visit and it was also good. Now if you're there for dinner been warned the burger is quite filling but it will be worth it even if you gotta waddle home.“

The staff is all friendly and patient—they operate like a family having a good time while also managing everything efficiently and smoothly as a team. I specifically have to give Miss Audrey her flowers. She was so very attentive and kind to my uncle, who needed assistance with ordering. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the sides (crispy potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and green bean tomato salad) tasted better than some of the more upscale spots in NYC. Our jaws dropped when we tried the crullers, and we ended up coming back the next morning for breakfast. The coffee is fantastic too, and the vibe of the establishment is both cozy and clean. The line often goes out the door (although it does move quickly). The crullers are a must-try!“

“I stepped into Cafe Kitsune Bk it was bustling with good energy every guest was chatting, reading or enjoying a treat. I waited shortly for my turn to order and when it the time came the Baristas and Tashira in particular was super welcoming. Over all good vibes, the music playlist was fun. I ordered a mocha Latte it was delicious and also had the chili cheese palmier were delightful. The staff's suggestions were spot on ! I give this cafe 5 stars and will be visiting again when in town!!“

“After hearing great things about Land to Sea, we made the trip all the way from Long Island City—with our foster dog Mission in tow! The staff were so kind and even offered him ice water on a hot morning, which we really appreciated. We sat outside and were grateful for the shaded seating.

I had the roast pork bun and coconut bun—both were absolutely delicious! Perfectly chewy, moist, and full of authentic flavor.

However, it is on the pricier side compared to other local coffee spots like Variety. I paid $18 for a bacon (Canadian ham), egg, and cheese on focaccia. It was tasty, but honestly, not quite worth the price. The space is very small and can be uncomfortable waiting for food/drinks when there is more than three people inside.“

“Cotton Bean is an excellent place in that is a simple coffeeshop, without gimmicks , without expanding their offerings beyond what is reasonable. Its a reasonable place. A logical place. A small simple operation pumping out delicious coffees in a very nice clean shop with friendly staff. It’s wonderful. Its precisely what a coffeeshop should be. “I have been coming here for many years. Consistently great food and coffee and decent service.
Yes it is not cheap. But you can read the prices on the menu.
They do close early and the restaurant actually closes an hour before the listed time on google maps. I wish they would adjust the time- as a customer - I don’t care what time you actually close the restaurant - I care about what time I can walk in and get a meal.
And yes it is Cash only - but that is still a right in America.

Been to PP so many times and never knew such a convenience existed for cyclists. Easy access to bathroom facilities and also outdoor seating.

Coffee & pastries are good ?. Just trying to find this cafe is an adventure in itself. Be prepared for a 10 minute wait on line“
