“this corner spot caught our eye at around 9 on a thursday with it’s red glow & cute sunken dining room that is visible from the street. the ambiance - warm and cozy. the service - quick and very personable. the bartender is awesome. the food & drink - perfect. got the spiked horchata drink n a birria res gordita, both amazing and still thinking about… ***the best fresh masa/tortillas pressed right before serving - all within view from the bar - dinner n a show. literally can’t say enough good things. excited to come back. :)“

“Those in the know won't worry to much about 5 leaves not being rated a 4.5 or higher, why you ask? Because it really doesn't matter when the ricotta pancakes are THAT FREAKING GOOD! Seriously every 3rd person orders those pancakes. They also have a great Mocha and black kale salad. If you're not in the mood for sweet fair try the moroccan scramble which is perfect for something light but filling. I got the BLAT on my first visit and it was also good. Now if you're there for dinner been warned the burger is quite filling but it will be worth it even if you gotta waddle home.“

I specifically have to give Miss Audrey her flowers. She was so very attentive and kind to my uncle, who needed assistance with ordering. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the sides (crispy potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and green bean tomato salad) tasted better than some of the more upscale spots in NYC. Our jaws dropped when we tried the crullers, and we ended up coming back the next morning for breakfast. The coffee is fantastic too, and the vibe of the establishment is both cozy and clean. The line often goes out the door (although it does move quickly). The crullers are a must-try!“

“I stepped into Cafe Kitsune Bk it was bustling with good energy every guest was chatting, reading or enjoying a treat. I waited shortly for my turn to order and when it the time came the Baristas and Tashira in particular was super welcoming. Over all good vibes, the music playlist was fun. I ordered a mocha Latte it was delicious and also had the chili cheese palmier were delightful. The staff's suggestions were spot on ! I give this cafe 5 stars and will be visiting again when in town!!“

“I ate here on Friday (1/3) for lunch. I had the kangaroo skewers and fish sandwich and chips. The food was delicious. I never had kangaroo before. Kate, my amazing server, recommended it big time. I am so glad she did. The meat was the best thing I have ever tasted. The fish sandwich was incredible. The chips were so light and fluffy. I came back the next day (1/4) for dinner with my cousin and her Australian husband. He said the kangaroo skewers were the best he ever had in his life, even when he lived in Australia. Elina, our server that night, was awesome. We had delicious food and drinks in a fun and welcoming environment. The prices are great. Kate and Elina are amazing. I will definitely come back again and again. The prices are totally reasonable. The portions are huge. The food is impeccable. It is so nice to have a warm and friendly restaurant/bar/cafe in the area.“

“The best banh mi I've had in NYC. Get the classic banh mi with Sriracha and jalapenos. The bread is fresh, isn't going to scrape the roof of your mouth, and doesn't require you to tear it and risk the filling falling out. The pickled veggies are plentiful and tasty. The egg coffee is also delicious. The staff is also very kind and friendly.“

Good Atmosphere, if there was a Michelin star for Matcha they would received it (my girlfriend disagrees due to the graininess of the Matcha but that is what Matcha is supposed to be like, she’s a sweet girl so she likes the sweet stuff). “We had: the presto pesto panini, the jackfruit tacos and a rose matcha latte with the homemade cashew milk. Presto pesto panini - really fresh! I was worried it would be overly buttery or oily, but to my surprise it was refreshing! Also quite small for a panini but it came with homemade sweet potato chips which were really good. Jackfruit tacos - really took the gold! Their jackfruit was fresh, definitely not packaged. It really had a good consistency and the sauce was deliiiiicious. Paired with avocado and pickled red onions. Definitely getting these again. Rose matcha latte w cashew milk - loved the homemade cashew milk, so good and so creamy! A little disappointed on the rose and matcha… matcha came out more pastel green (not great) and very minimal flavor overall except for the milk. The vibe was reallllllly chill. Very quiet. Lots of plants, crystals and sage for purchase. In the backyard, a sauna, cold plunge and hot tub for membership and private use which we thought was really unique. Overall enjoyed the space. Warm comforting food in a very relaxing environment.“

Personally I love the Parisian sandwich. Bread is always on point (which is increasingly hard to find), and the sandwich is simple yet incredibly flavorful, which I often put down to the quality of ingredients.

If you're looking for an authentic, well-run French sandwicherie, this is the place.

“I have been coming here for many years. Consistently great food and coffee and decent service.
Yes it is not cheap. But you can read the prices on the menu.
They do close early and the restaurant actually closes an hour before the listed time on google maps. I wish they would adjust the time- as a customer - I don’t care what time you actually close the restaurant - I care about what time I can walk in and get a meal.
And yes it is Cash only - but that is still a right in America.

Been to PP so many times and never knew such a convenience existed for cyclists. Easy access to bathroom facilities and also outdoor seating.

Coffee & pastries are good ?. Just trying to find this cafe is an adventure in itself. Be prepared for a 10 minute wait on line“
