“Came there on my lunch break I wanted to stay but I couldn’t. But when I say the food was good. I didn’t have chow mein taste so good in a long time. The curry goat was flavorful tender with the right spice. Roti freshly hot and buttery. My drink I can order three more . I’m trying to come back over the weekend lol“

“First time I went the sandwiches were really good.

Got the tropical island chicken sandwich which was juicy, and their burgers are juicy too.

The strawberry milkshake was pretty good as well.

However second time I went the sandwich wasn't as good as the first time.

Still recommend, its a nice burger place in the area.“

“Everything was spectacular. We got the Disco Fries with caviar and they were phenomenal. Got the chicken bites and fries for my kids, they are super picky and rarely eat but they wolfed them down. The chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing. Crazy surprise was the burger. You wouldn’t expect a chicken spot to have a burger this incredible. Hands down the best burger I have had in Brooklyn and I have had pretty much every hyped burger you could name. I can’t speak highly enough of this place!“

“Top 3 k fried chicken I’ve had in my life! Excited to try Sweetie’s after trying Peeps a few weeks ago. The wings were fried to perfection. Didn’t have that double fried (wet coat?) crunch like the heyday of BonChon about 20 years ago but it was a pleasant crunch nonetheless. I would say the crunch is close to what you would imagine Kentucky Fried Chicken’s would taste like based on the picture but unlike that KFC there is no disappointment! Sweetie’s has a nice combination of crunch that also crumbles softly.

My kid got the tteokbokki and it was a very decent sized portion for the price. Good flavor, they didn’t skimp on the sauce, and the rice cakes were not over/under cooked!

Theo rice bowls and jap chae both looked good but will have to wait till next time to actually taste them“

I've passed this spot a few times now and have been curious, today I stopped by on a whim to grab a slice (well I intended to grab 2) -- but after trying the buldak pizza, I had to go back to the counter and get another!!

The taste was great, and the crisp on the pies were perfect. Everyone behind the counter was so nice and friendly! I'm so glad to have this spot in the neighborhood although it may be dangerous to have something so good and so convenient -- this close by. Excited to go back and try everything else on the menu!!

UPDATE: Went back and tried the korean fried boneless chicken -- SO SO INCREDIBLE!! Also the kimbap!!“

“After a few days in Manhattan it was so refreshing to get a great meal without burning my child’s college funds. The taste of the chicken was delectable, fresh, juicy, cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. “I am an avid Lula Bird customer. There are times where I order once a week because it’s is delicious and filling.

This is a pick-up/delivery only establishment. Do not expect a seat, but trust, it’s worth it!!! My tip is to order from their site directly, so much easier. I never have had to wait more than 30 mins for my order and that’s being generous. I see some people have had a bad delivery but I can’t say the same.

I’ve been ordering from here over 6 years and I love it. It’s one of my favorite places to order from because of their daily menu changes. I normally order chicken, half a chicken so I can get ~3 meals out of it! Love some good leftovers. The side options are all delish!! You really can’t go wrong with their usual sides / daily side options. My favorite sauce is the Green Sauce although I’ll mix it up with the Tzaziki Sauce.

“This is my go to Chinese restaurant. As a vegan I don’t trust many Chinese restaurants will make the food vegan. They often include fish sauce, shrimp paste or some other unwanted seasoning, and with the language barrier it can be difficult to know for sure. This place does it right with good fresh food and lots of vegan choices including tofu dishes and many faux meat options. My favorite is Kung Po Tofu. Sooo good. Prices are very reasonable as well! Try this restaurant out. You won’t be disappointed.

Vegetarian options: Check out their menu under Vegetables you’ll find the tofu dishes (my go to section) and under veggie meals you’ll see all the faux meat classics like sesame “chicken” or “beef” with broccoli… fresh and well prepared.

Dietary restrictions: This is a great place for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters too. Lots of faux meat options prepared with vegan ingredients. All food is fresh, prepared quickly and delivered without a delay in my experience.“

I personally don’t like arugula which is the lettuce that was used but it’s the only option of 3 salads that were to my liking. I wish they had better options for salads.
