“Great experience, i had the chance to speak with the owner which walk me through his process of how he makes the chicken, he uses home grown seasoning, which i noticed once i tried the chicken, i was amazed by how delicious it tastes, portions are great compared to the price, the tiramisu is the cherry on top, usually almost everywhere the tiramisu is ordered or bought, his tiramisu is homemade which is sooo delicious, definitely worth it of stopping by and trying!“

“I’ll start by saying the food was absolutely outstanding. Everything from the chicken, all the sides, and even the salad was incredibly delicious.

However I don’t know that I would recommend this place for large groups. The biggest problem was that it was incredibly loud and hard to hear in there. Like actual shouting to hear the person next to you, it’s really difficult to talk to anybody not immediately next to you (and even then it’s not easy to hear).

Our service also wasn’t great, they set down our food and didn’t come back to the table for like 30 minutes and they only refilled our water when asked. All this is frustrating when you’re getting hit with the mandatory 20% gratuity for groups (which is fine but at the very least keep the waters filled and ask us if we want more drink orders).“

“Best chicken over rice I've ever had, and the grilled meats and seafood in general are all extremely well marinated, grilled, and of high quality freshness. Desserts are excellent as well. Definitely slightly pricier than a food truck, but worth it for the space, service, and food quality.“

“I've been a loyal customer of Sweeties since it opened. I've loved their Soy Garlic bowl, Bulgogi bowl, chicken sandwich and french fries! The flavor and tenderness of the chicken is fantastic!
Just one suggestion: One time I recently ordered the Soy Garlic bowl and it came with I believe basmati rice, rather than the usual white rice it has come with when I ordered the previous several times. In my opinion, the classic white sticky rice takes the bowl to a different level, so hopefully they were just out that day!“

“I discovered Poulette via MealPal. I tested the quarter chicken with ratatouille and it brought me back to France where I grew up! I also picked up the salt and pepper wings and I highly recommend it. Their blue cheese sauce is also very tasty with chunks of cheese. Poulette Rôtisserie Chicken is the ideal place to experience a French Sunday roast!“

“Just got Dave’s Hot Chicken and it was fire fr. The chicken was super crispy and juicy, and the spice actually had flavor not just heat. The sauce went crazy with the fries too — everything was fresh and still hot when it got here. The portion’s solid for the price, and the toast on the side hit too. Overall it’s mad good if you’re craving something spicy and filling, definitely worth it.“

“BK location is more pleasant than KTown Manhattan. Clean tables and fries to order. Had delicious boneless tenders in honey garlic sauce and the order came quickly and the skin was crunchy and light. I’d definitely prefer this location to Manhattan because the food is made to order vs KTown had pre-made takeaway.

Plus if you want to listen to non-stop kpop while watching Brooklyn foot traffic from the window, this spot is for you.

It also looks like you can get delivery. There was a constant string of delivery bikers in and out of the location.“

“Went in on a lunch break, decided to grab some fried fish, salad, and the fried chicken special. The service was smooth and quick, with my order coming in ~half an hour. Aside from the people onions in the salad everything was delicious. Will definitely return when I can.“

I've passed this spot a few times now and have been curious, today I stopped by on a whim to grab a slice (well I intended to grab 2) -- but after trying the buldak pizza, I had to go back to the counter and get another!!

The taste was great, and the crisp on the pies were perfect. Everyone behind the counter was so nice and friendly! I'm so glad to have this spot in the neighborhood although it may be dangerous to have something so good and so convenient -- this close by. Excited to go back and try everything else on the menu!!

UPDATE: Went back and tried the korean fried boneless chicken -- SO SO INCREDIBLE!! Also the kimbap!!“

“This place is just as advertised. Quick and simple food done very well, for a great price. I got the 1/2 chicken combo with Greek lemon potatoes. Everything was solid, the chicken was nicely cooked and juicy with a classic rotisserie flavor. The lemon flavor came though nicely on the potatoes. You also get a green sauce that comes with the meal that adds a nice acidic herbal flavor. Also, I got the grilled buffalo wings which I really enjoyed. Many places do not offer grilled, so I really appreciated this. I find especially for takeout, fried wings lose the textural component and become soggy. The grilled adds an extra depth of flavor that I personally enjoy. Overall great value.“

“We’ve tried a lot of meal delivery services over the years, and Cook Unity is the only one we’ve stuck with. The food actually tastes like something a real chef made, not a frozen dinner pretending to be fancy. Portions are solid, flavors are great, and we’ve found a few chefs we reorder from all the time.

Another thing worth mentioning is their customer service. Any time we’ve had a question or a small issue, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It’s nice dealing with a company that doesn’t make you jump through hoops just to get support.

What really keeps us coming back is the consistency. Most meals arrive in good shape, and when a chef takes the time to package things thoughtfully, like keeping sauces separate or wrapping components individually, it makes a huge difference.
