I loved this place and will definitely be back
Cute spot for a quick empanada snack; there are no indoor seating. The ropa vieja empanada was delicious. Not big on the carnita as it's not as flavorful as the other empanadas. Each flavor of empanada has a marking on it just in case you forget which one is which when you take them out of the separated bags . Chicken noodle soup is tomato based.
The chicken empanada was very small for $4 in my opinion, but it was genuinely good—definitely worth trying.
The lentil soup, however, was disappointing. It was very thin, almost like flavored water with just a few lentils. It didn’t really feel like a proper soup, more like a watered-down version.
Overall: empanada is a must-try, soup is skippable.
