I want to particularly thank the general manager Mark Lico for excellent customer service & knowing how to treat customers. In addition, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The food is always excellent! The presentation is impressive!
Have to give them only 3 Stars this time. Didn't get what I ordered which was a 10-piece all dark meat chicken which I thought was just legs and thighs. When I got home and opened the box 3 of the pieces were wings. If the dude that took my order had said..... Sir would it be alright if you get wings? then I maybe would have given Crown another Star.
