“I had a wonderful experience with gracious customer service at this dominos the other day. I had just got back into town after a 12 hour drive and the employee was very patient and helpful in taking my order. He even helped me apply a discount and I was very appreciative. The pizza was made in great timing! I appreciate the kindness and wonderful customer service and will be coming back here.“

“Idk why this has a 2.4, maybe past employees but from my experience coming to this location it's one of the best Domino's Pizza. One of the employees shows great customer service which is Rafid by at times going out of his way to make sure orders are correct and done delivered properly and served correctly to the right customer. If things are done incorrectly he will go out of his way to accommodate. From what I see the entire staff is very welcoming the second enter by greeting you with a smile and you'll always find them working and never goofing around. The place is also kept very clean at all times.“

“The food here is yummy I just say and always arrives hot. It’s true about delivery they won’t leave the car but honestly don’t give them such a big tip if they’re not fulfilling the service just a few bucks for the lazy driver that’s all he needs (if that choice is yours)“

“Lately, they have been very good with the way they make their pizzas. They still need to work on getting online orders for carryout, out quickly. The Dominos pass the line, by pressing the I'm outside on your phone, doesn't work at this location, due to the fact you will still wait, while they are doing other things. That is due to this franchise having the person making the food, cutting up the pizza, boxing the food, also working the window at the same time, or if their is two, the other person is in the back preparing pizzas and other food, to be put in the oven. But again, all the places fast food places in Brooklyn are like this. It's sad, because the workers look like me (black), but the places are under staffed, or the workers just have the I don't care they can wait attitude.“

“Pizza and service has been supreme since they came back. Marbled cookie brownie has been a bit overcooked all three times I've gotten it though. Still edible and delicious, but it the brownie bit just tastes and feels like it was close to burning. Almost bitter, with a crisp film on the bottom. Otherwise though great stuff“

“I ordered from out-of-state for my sister who had a very rough day. I don't know know what it tasted like, because I wasn't there. My sister said "just what the Dr ordered" - because sometime this is just what you need at the end of a very bad day. The things I can attest to - awesome customer service. I called the location because I realized the Coke wasn't in the order that I placed - a guy on the phone took care of it. Later, he also checked in with the delivery driver to make sure the order was being delivered properly. I am very grateful. God bless you for your kindness.“

“Sooo I read a bunch of reviews and initially was nervous but decided why not since it was such a convenient distance away from me. Blown away! The store was well maintained and employees were polite and quick, especially with a pickup order. The pepperoni pizza was delicious, especially at $10 for a pie. Will be stopping by again.“

“Service and quality has gotten so much better recently. In the past I dread going to this location but it looks like the staff were either better trained or they changed ownership again.Pizzas were created with all the proper toppings and timing for pickup is on time for the most part. Staff also greeted me shortly after I arrived instead of waiting for minutes in the past without any acknowledgement.“

“I come here occasionally it's always clean with good service! I love the curbside delivery! Saves so much time. Last time I got the wrong pizza! i Called and they promised me a replacement next order! I went today got my replacement, Mohammed made my pizza extra tasty and fresh! My girlfriend and i decided to order Domino's pizza and chicken wings.The pizza was delicious topped with spinach and green bell peppers.Our orders of Parmesan chicken wings was mouth watering yummy! The customer service gentleman took our orders and told us about the upgrade for more foods.We asked for their delivery service with napkins, paperwork plates and cups.The gentlemen at Domino's were friendly and helpful.I got a text message that our order is on its way.We were very hungry and forgot to take pictures of of our fantastic pizza and chicken wings! We will order again and remember to take videos and pictures.“

“This location has been my go to for the past 3 years and they make the best pizzas. They always get my orders right even when I get a little creative. The toppings are generous and fresh and the dough is fluffy and delicious. I’ve never had to wait long, the staff are professional.

“the only reason why i couldn’t give you guys 5 stars is because you never fully cut my pizza. i always have to use my own pizza cutter to cut the slices fully. other than that i’ve never had an issue with service or food. keep up the good work guys.“

“Actually, one of the nicer places in its vicinity. I ordered pizzas from there since they've opened in that location. They're always on time, the pizza was always tasty, and the place is neat and clean.One of the few options nearby to get a pizza after midnight.They don't have tables to seat though, just a place to order and grab a pizza. This is on par with other pizza spots along the street.

I did carry out for a Philly cheese steak and pepperoni pizza 🍕 only to get home to find no Philly steak at all my pizza, so I called to express this mishap and to my surprise he delivered another pie that was the correct order. I'll admit I was shocked and very happy about the outcome. This has always been go to Domino's in the neighborhood, so for that, they get a thumbs up, and the pizza is always tasty every time I get it. Love the spinach and feta stuffed cheesy bread also. “I’m not sure i understand the negative reviews. This was the best dominos pizza I’ve ever had! If your review has to do with delivery grievances I think that is very much out of their control. Try to pick it up if you’re close enough, it was ready in 10 minutes on a busy Thursday night!“

“Pizza is decent as dominos goes, we always get the online coupons and do pickup so it’s worth it. We get pizza here regularly, a few times a month. However for some reason it is always a struggle to get the slices apart because they aren’t cut all the way through— rarely do we ever get a pizza that has fully separate slices. I think maybe the pizza cutter they use needs to be sharpened?“

“I was low key concerned about all the reviews down there, guess it was one of those bad days. My 2 pizza came correct alongside with dipping sauces and other side dishes. Delivery guy came really fast. Ordered Sunday evening. Came within 35 mins.“
