“I had a wonderful experience with gracious customer service at this dominos the other day. I had just got back into town after a 12 hour drive and the employee was very patient and helpful in taking my order. He even helped me apply a discount and I was very appreciative. The pizza was made in great timing! I appreciate the kindness and wonderful customer service and will be coming back here.“

“I've been ordering pizza from this establishment for almost 3 years. I have not had an issue with the establishment. They used to have tables but that's the only issue I have. “Pizza and service has been supreme since they came back. Marbled cookie brownie has been a bit overcooked all three times I've gotten it though. Still edible and delicious, but it the brownie bit just tastes and feels like it was close to burning. Almost bitter, with a crisp film on the bottom. Otherwise though great stuff“
“I ordered from out-of-state for my sister who had a very rough day. I don't know know what it tasted like, because I wasn't there. My sister said "just what the Dr ordered" - because sometime this is just what you need at the end of a very bad day. The things I can attest to - awesome customer service. I called the location because I realized the Coke wasn't in the order that I placed - a guy on the phone took care of it. Later, he also checked in with the delivery driver to make sure the order was being delivered properly. I am very grateful. God bless you for your kindness.“
“The food was great but I don't understand how I'm being charged 6.00 for delivery and the drivers refuse to come in apartment buildings. They say for safety purposes but I feel my safety is in jeopardy because I don't know who the driver is ....“
“I'm giving this Dominos location specifically 5 stars just because whenever Fnu is the one making my pizza it comes out perfectly - you'll get the best version of Domino's when he's the one preparing it, I promise you. I have celiac and order the gluten free crust all the time and he's the only one who makes it exactly how I ask, barely any grease (I added a pic the box is basically dry!) & I rarely have a reaction/cross contamination w gluten when he prepares the pizza. I really appreciate it 🙏🏻

“Sooo I read a bunch of reviews and initially was nervous but decided why not since it was such a convenient distance away from me. Blown away! The store was well maintained and employees were polite and quick, especially with a pickup order. The pepperoni pizza was delicious, especially at $10 for a pie. Will be stopping by again.“

“Lately, they have been very good with the way they make their pizzas. They still need to work on getting online orders for carryout, out quickly. The Dominos pass the line, by pressing the I'm outside on your phone, doesn't work at this location, due to the fact you will still wait, while they are doing other things. That is due to this franchise having the person making the food, cutting up the pizza, boxing the food, also working the window at the same time, or if their is two, the other person is in the back preparing pizzas and other food, to be put in the oven. But again, all the places fast food places in Brooklyn are like this. It's sad, because the workers look like me (black), but the places are under staffed, or the workers just have the I don't care they can wait attitude.“

“Service and quality has gotten so much better recently. In the past I dread going to this location but it looks like the staff were either better trained or they changed ownership again.Pizzas were created with all the proper toppings and timing for pickup is on time for the most part. Staff also greeted me shortly after I arrived instead of waiting for minutes in the past without any acknowledgement.“

I went to Domino's to get a medium Pepperoni pizza and it's the second time I'm getting such a tasty pizza, damn, it was really good!
Although, they've had some issues with the card payment, so it was not clear whether I was charged or not, they got me covered and shared the pizza without extra pay.

“I love pizza! ???? My girlfriend and i decided to order Domino's pizza and chicken wings.The pizza was delicious topped with spinach and green bell peppers.Our orders of Parmesan chicken wings was mouth watering yummy! The customer service gentleman took our orders and told us about the upgrade for more foods.We asked for their delivery service with napkins, paperwork plates and cups.The gentlemen at Domino's were friendly and helpful.I got a text message that our order is on its way.We were very hungry and forgot to take pictures of of our fantastic pizza and chicken wings! We will order again and remember to take videos and pictures.“
“Great customer service tonight. I did carry out for a Philly cheese steak and pepperoni pizza 🍕 only to get home to find no Philly steak at all my pizza, so I called to express this mishap and to my surprise he delivered another pie that was the correct order. I'll admit I was shocked and very happy about the outcome. This has always been go to Domino's in the neighborhood, so for that, they get a thumbs up, and the pizza is always tasty every time I get it. Love the spinach and feta stuffed cheesy bread also. That's my fav😋“
“I had the best experience here the other day from a nice fellow wearing a hat with a bunch of The Dominos pins on it, im sorry I didn't grab your name but I live just a few blocks away from here and have always shied from this location because I typically had a rough experience here. But the other day they showed a true top tier level of customer service and it made me feel like I was supporting a mom and pop pizza shop. it was a rough week and a rainy day and you turned it all around! thank you!
Living in New York theres a lot of pizza but sometimes you just want that good Big Box pizza (no pun intended).

“I love the pizza from 1758 Pitkin Ave, this is the only pizza I like to order my pizza because I really love how they make the pizza in here . I always wanted to give a good feedback about this place because I think they're really the best pizza the people in there doing a great job 👍. And they are very friendly and nice . So the pizza is great and the customer service is great too. I buy my pizza in here every week so I don't even have to said my name. If I'm hungry and I'm far away from this place I drive al alway here to get my pizza I don't stop nowhere also I really hope this company appreciate the people that work in here because they doing a great job“
“I’m not sure i understand the negative reviews. This was the best dominos pizza I’ve ever had! If your review has to do with delivery grievances I think that is very much out of their control. Try to pick it up if you’re close enough, it was ready in 10 minutes on a busy Thursday night!“
