I'm at work and I am in love with my job and I am very happy to work here
I ordered a large frozen matcha latte and got a medium iced one. My Grubhub order came right before they closed so I couldn’t call. So pissed.
Extremely unprofessional service. I waited over 15 minutes just to place an order while the staff was arguing among themselves. To make matters worse, they kept forgetting parts of my order. Very poor English proficiency as well.

Regulars praise the fast and welcoming service, and the coffee is considered the best in Queens and Brooklyn. A great experience is always guaranteed at this Dunkin' location.
