Dunkin' along Avenue U in Brooklyn is a convenient and familiar stop when you need a quick morning coffee or a fast breakfast bite on the run. I popped in for an iced coffee and a classic bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and while it got the job done in a pinch, the experience was just average. The coffee was standard and refreshing, but the breakfast sandwich was a bit hastily assembled and lukewarm by the time I received it. Great location they move slow not enough staff fresh coffee and donuts everyday and there kosher grab egg & cheese croissant 🥐 was great just took 15-20min wait was way to long thank you 🙏🏽
They mess up almost every order.
Today they were about to give me plain bagel instead of “everything” but I caught that while they were cutting the bagel. So they gave me an “everything” bagel. But when I got home I discovered that my veggie Sausage egg and cheese sandwich didn’t have any sausage.

Dunkin' is a Kosher and wheelchair accessible restaurant with metered parking. It has a few seats by the counter and is kept clean, although bathrooms are not available. The service can be slow and impersonal, but the ambiance is generally quiet.
They offer some vegetarian options and limited choices for dietary restrictions. The donuts, munchkins, and coffee have been praised, but there have been inconsistencies in the freshness of the donuts.
The online ordering process can be quick, but there may be wait times when they are short-staffed. The door opens in a way that some customers find confusing. It is overall considered a decent spot for those who prefer takeout.
