Nothing different compared to other ones.
I walked in to pick up my mobile order, after waiting a few minutes two of the staff came over and asked what I was waiting for. Turns out I ordered to the wrong Dunkin, they were kind about it and offered to either make it there for me or give me directions to the right Dunkin. Had a good laugh, make sure to double check your address before doing mobile order!
Ordering a combo iced coffee and a croissant swap was very unfriendly.
