I love the caramel latte. And the one in my neighbour makes it the best.
4 people working but they need better organization,because the waiting time is longer than other stores.
When I spilled my refresher in here by accident, the lady and gentleman behind the counter stopped me from cleaning it up and gave me a replacement . Thank you Dunkin Donuts for saving my day

Dunkin' on Rkwy. Pkwy seems to have undergone changes in ownership, affecting the quality of their beverages. Despite this, the morning crew members like Julia and Amina are friendly. The place can get busy, with some customers changing their minds or needing specific requests. The crew, especially Amena, tries their best to accommodate everyone, even making multiple coffees for an elderly lady. However, some customers' indecisiveness can slow down the service.
