I was craving some African food and i decided to try this place out. I couldn't eat it. The stew was disgusting. tasted old and funky . The meat was so dried out it tasted and looked like beef jerky. It had the texture of leather and was impossible to chew . The sauce tasted old and had a foul smell. The sweet plantains were so dry the only thing that tasted edible was the fufu. I threw it away. Never eating from this place again.
Stopped by Hills Kitchen with a Nigerian friend and was met by two friendly Nigerians who spoke with my friend in their local Igbo language, which helped me choose the food.It turned out that one of the Nigerians is the owner, who was attentive. We ordered a spicy and tasty soup and it came with yam fufu, and I had the Orijin drink.
