The food and experience was exquisite all around. There is nothing as innovative and full of artistry in NYC as what is happening at Ilis. Each dish is accompanied by elements of the habitat from which it came. If you come here please try the meringue angel foodcake, trout and cotton candy drink. The dining experience was a like a symphony with rich segments, harmonies, and crescendos.

This is a magical spot. I’ve had dinner here twice, most recently for their Sunday Supper. The food was excellent across the board — in addition to the three courses included with the meal, we had the pearled barley with burrata and the bone marrow with mashed potatoes. The three of us couldn’t agree on what we loved the most. My personal favorites were the bone marrow and the chicken soup with cilantro and lime (would pay $$$$$ for that soup the next time I’m sick).

Wow such a beautiful stunning spot. Only grabbed a drink and small bite - but everything through and through was great, service from Danny at the bar especially. Excited to go back for full meal
From the moment you walk in, the first thing you notice is the huge open space of the restaurant, it’s visually impressive and immediately sets the tone.
I came here to celebrate my birthday, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had.
