If you want authentic southern food, this is a place you need to go to.The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that it’s not opened Monday through Thursday. They’re only opened Friday through Sunday.
Katie O is a tour de force—this isn’t just a restaurant, this is COMMUNITY IN ACTION. This woman has taken it upon herself to feed the world, starting with her community and New York City as a whole. During the pandemic she fed 500 people a day and has made it her mission to find every way possible to feed everyone she can. The food here is out of this world. I came here after church from a recommendation and I'm forever a fan. I ordered the turkey wings with mash potatoes and potatoe salad with banana pudding. The banana pudding will make you slap someone if they try to take a bite of yours. I'm definitely coming back here. They also cater too. You will not be disappointed. I ate the food and forgot to take pictures. I almost forgot the best part. They give you samples before you buy. ??????
