I absolutely love the Raspberry Rugelach bite-size (2 bites) pastries, BUT...an inflationary trick has been put upon us which does not set well with me. All companies are faced with either raising their prices or cutting back on the size/volume/quantity of the product for the same price. The later applies here. After 42 years of somewhere between mediocre to down right aweful Passover desserts we finally found a great Passover dessert from Lilly's ( which was sold at our near by Whole Foods in Chicago ). People were raving about the kosher for Passover Bon Bons at our sedar last night. A few people refused to believe they were actually kosher for Passover and asked me to text them a pic of the box. Great job Lilly's!
A friend bought me two packages of the chocolate dipped macaroons for a Passover seder (purchased at a small store in Astoria, Queens). I never tasted anything so delicious and they were Parve as well as Kosher. I had purchased a package of chocolate covered macaroons from Fresh Direct myself, and they were positively sickly compared to Lilly's. I cannot recommend Lilly's enough. I actually went to the website to see if I could buy more but I see they are sold out-no surprise...read full review
