Probably the best hot and sour soup I’ve ever had, I think they chopped the vegetables right before they were so crisp. Shrimp dumplings were also delicious. After ordering I realized it would have been way cheaper to get one of their bowl deals, but I’m not even mad because this tasted so good and unexpectedly fresh.
