The food and pizza was excellent. Service was fine, not bad at all but not incredibly welcoming either. It’s BYOB and cash only so plan ahead and get on the list before walking over to the liquor store. Get extra drinks to enjoy while you wait!
Lucalis was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. We paid 90 bucks for a large pie, a calzone, and some pasta. It was pretty inexpensive given the hype around this restaurant. The trick is that everyone hires people to wait in line for a Rez so it’s basically impossible to get a 4 top at a reasonable time

I have wanted to go to Lucalis for quite some time. I finally made the journey from Manhattan and it exceeded my expectations (that were high already). Pizza was perfect and the staff was great. The BYOB is a great option. I will definitely return. Mark Iacono and his team are killing it.
