“I’ve been going to this location for years. There’s this young lady in there I believe she is the manager. She is beyond exceptional. I always have issues with papa John’s locations but this one never disappoints. She truly doesn’t let me leave out her store without satisfaction. Whenever I have a problem with others stores and I come to her she jumps on it to fix the problem. On top of that the pizzas are made like they can be on a commercial. She needs extreme acknowledgment. If you guys want pizza and good service 1257 Fulton street is the location to go. I promise she won’t disappoint.“

“Don't have anything bad to say about this Papa John's branch at all. The space is small, but quite clean, and it smells delicious as soon as you walk in. I was greeted by an older gentleman with a beard. He was very kind, respectful, and helped me out when I was looking for options for one of the specials they had for take out.
There is no place to sit down and no dine-in option, so everything has to be either takeaway or delivery. The pizza itself was delicious; the cheese was perfectly melted, dough was nice and soft, and the ingredients were all fresh.
Also wanted to add that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. So you don't have to worry about waiting for hours to get your pizza. Just a smooth, simple, and delicious experience all around.“

“Believe it or not, this is already one of the best pizza place in the neighborhoods, if you compare their prize to quality. Also believer or not, this is one of the pizzeria you will visit frequently for anyone lives in Sunset Park. Their specialty pizza is really not that bad. Don't waste your money on other nearby lousy pizzeria where you'll have to spend $25+ for a large average pizza anyway. Always order on their moblie app. It's just another dollars saving day at Papa John's, that's about it.“

“Listen if you’re buying Papa John’s in NYC you know what you’re signing up for but the guys behind the counter always make it worth it. This is solid PJ pizza, I’ve never had an issue from this place and I’ve ordered from them at least a dozen times in the past 6 months.“

“The team that is currently working with a girl added to the team are making this a better place.The pizza is good and I think the guy who is ordering it or at least that's what it seems like. Blanco (speaks Spanish) with long hair tends to solve problems or at least he helped me when I had problems with a pizza that I ordered and it was not correct. I hope they continue like this“

Having lived here for 3+ years and ordering multiple pizzas every week or so, this store has yet to fail me. My orders are always correct (never been one mistake) and they consistently have fast service (always ready 15m after we order, even on busy nights).

This store does incredible work considering the number of orders they receive and the pressures that they're under. Way to go 🥺👏 Your efforts are not lost on this singular pizza lover. 😭“

“I ordered the wrong pizza for delivery it has pepperoni which I don’t eat pork so I had called and spoke to a manager about my order, he was extremely friendly and he help and corrected my order. Also my pizza and bread stick was hot and tasty loved it . Thanks to papa John’s at Ralph avenue am very satisfied with your services“

“Depends who's working and making the pizza, two people make it perfect, others are lazy at times, but if your hungry you'll eat anything, I'm usually around this area so I'm familiar with this PaPa Johns. Oh and I'm a member and I love my $10 off pizza after 75 points, it's so useful.“

“For a long time I avoided American pizza chains because their pizza was NOT good. 😐 On a whim I decided to finally try papa John's pizza as it was in the neighborhood and I desperately needed something to eat.
Let me tell you something-
This is the pizza.
This is THE pizza, the dough is soft and the tops are fresh and delicious. Even when reheated the next day!
Not to mention the cashier didn't give me the death glare for requesting pineapple on my pizza as so many ignorant people react to. So that was nice.
I'm now a loyal customer of papa johns.“

“I read these reviews first and was very skeptical of ordering here.. my friend said he’s never had a problem, but i just decided to order the papadio folded pizza thing, wings and a brownie for pick-up around 12:00 midnight, with a 18-28 min pick up time.walked over there and it was ready, i even ordered some chicken poppers after arriving, he said 10mins, they came out before that so i put them in my air fryer for 6mins on 400deg when i got home lol.It was a two tall slender black guys and one delivery guy there. As with anything service can vary widely depending on time of day/ and who’s working.I had no issues, fingers crossed ?? it continues.“
