I went to this location yesterday. I ordered 3 piece of regular chicken on line. Luckily i was standing in the store when i ordered. They didnt have thighs ,so i asked how long is the wait. I couldnt understand what he was saying. 20 mins or 12 mins. So i asked him again . He respnded to me ,,,"Are you deaf... i said 12 mins.. i was in disbelief because i am hard of hearing. Im going to make a complaint i have his info.
