I really don’t know what to say. Over $6k and event was ruined and not worth a penny due to poor customer service. The food was good but I paid for an extra hour which they told me they couldn’t accommodate on the day of the event!! Me and my party were rushed out of the door we could barely get our selves together. The service (servers & chef) were amazing! My whole duration of my dinner was 10/10. I gave 3 stars because the communication up until the day of my dinner was HORRIBLE 0/10! There is no verbal communication with anyone. They take long to respond to you. You can only text them. They have things listed in the package that they dont provide anymore and failed to mention that. The food was good. But the service from Kendra was terrible. She treated everyone as if she were doing them a favor. No unlimited drinks and the hookah was just not it. She made rude comments here and there. The food and atmosphere were beautiful but a few people asked me based off of the pics my friends and I posted and I recommended no, just because Kendra’s customer service was horrible.
