I appreciate the concept of the sliding scale pricing. I am currently unemployed and seldomly eat out but I was able to enjoy a quality sandwhich for $13 thanks to the sliding scale pricing. I have been craving a solid sandwhich but many quality sandwhiches in NYC on average cost more than $17+. Thank you to the people of Sea & Soil for making food accessible to everyone.
