It’s a non-traditional Japanese inspired tasting course for a little over $100
The menu is seasonal and features everything from land to sea.
Each of the two seatings is around 75 mins but even 1.5hr was not enough to just enjoy; the pacing was a tad fast, especially towards the end.
Seating is also very different, in a U shape, so it does give a communal feeling and you can always watch the chefs...read full review
