I can hardly wait to return! Sunday brunch is fantastic! Busy and absolutely worth the wait! I had their delicious shakshuka and an early grey tea while my friend had the hamburger and a cappuccino. We both loved it!!! We ate outside which was lovely, but inside is even more lovely! The design is farmhouse chic meets French patisserie…a great combo!!! And…the staff was kind and generous!! Authentic Revolutionary War Era Inn setting with phenomenal dinner menu for Thanksgiving. 4 of us came here for Thanksgiving- my wife, me and her parents, we all got something different and this place did not disappoint on anything. The chateubriand filet mignon and New Zealand rack of lamb were on point in every way. The side vegetables- the sweet potatoes, the stuffing, the arugula, the green beans, and the carrots were all perfectly cooked to an optimome composition and coloring. The popovers were a nice throwback a little dry but the strawberry butter more than made up for them. The dessert the Belgian chocolate mousse was impeccable. The overall ambiance and atmosphere of this place was very Yankee in a great way, it reminded me of Olde New England Inns and Taverns. Pricing wise it was not the most economical menu but doing Thanksgiving at home with guests wouldn’t have been cheaper. I definitely recommend anyone slightly interested in a place like this come here as they will fully enjoy. We did not reside here but if their hotel accommodations are on par with their dining accommodations, you will get what you pay for and then some.“

“I just had my daughter’s Baptism party at the HWC and I would HIGHLY recommend!!! Everything was exceptional. The food was phenomenal and the service was amazing. Our guests are still talking about the food and the cake is definitely one of the best we have ever tried. The restaurant is beautiful but the staff and owners make you feel like family. They were so helpful throughout the process and made it such a pleasure to work with them. They really treat you like family. The bathrooms were in tip-top shape throughout the entire event. The staff were very professional. Definitely recommend as the place to hold an intimate event.“

“From my first step inside the restaurant I was greeted with a smile by the owner/mgr. Very attentive and friendly service at this modest establishment. I had some of the best wings I've had in about 3 years....and I am PICKY about my wings. Perfect combination of crispiness, sauce/seasoning and freshness. Nice selection of flavors.. I chose the medium wings and garlic parmesan. DELICIOUS! My daughter's burger was top notch as well. Can't wait to be back and try the rest of their diverse menu. Highly recommended ?“

“Honestly I dont know what people are complaining about but it was a great dining experience! My husband and I came Sunday afternoon and were immediately seated. We both had the angus burger and it was DELICIOUS! Everything tasted fresh and light, even the pickle tasted organic more like a cucumber without a bunch of salt/vinegar, the french onion soup was perfect as well. The only issue we had was finding the location inside the building, maybe there should be more signs than the one they put outside. Thank you!“
