“Okay, my fiancé and I go a lot to the hamburg location never ever have a issue… unfortunately today on a Monday night we both got caught up in work late in the night so we went to the location downtown to grab food togo. When arriving home (a 25 minute drive) and opened bag there was No sauce and 6 sides of pickles that wasn’t asked for instead…. Called back right away and asked for a manger (emily), Emily was not only upset and frustrated with us because we are HUGE sauce people but also wanting to fix the issue right away.. we paid cash and opted for a e-gift card, Emily Right away emailed us $50 for our next visit. My fiancé and I had really hard day today and she made a bad day turn to a good ending,“

“My daughter found this on our trip we always try to find something we do not have back home and this was the spot . When I say hands down the best burger I have had we ordered the loaded fries to share and as my daughter says mom ... this is awesome . the staff was amazing and the cook even came out and talked . All 3 owners were present and we chatted like old friends while I waited for my order. They were testing out a new recipe and insisted that I take an additional burger with their new toppings with me. Needless to say, I am completely satisfied and full. Update: it seems their cider selection has grown since my last appearance, so this place is back in my good graces. The only thing I'm sad about now is that they have a sugary pretzel on their virtual menu but not on their actual menu. I was so excited, for naught. 🥲

“We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

Falafel House is truly a gem. The crispy chicken shawarma was superb—perfectly crispy, incredibly juicy, and bursting with flavor. It honestly felt like eating in the Middle East; the food is that authentic. We enjoyed it so much that we ordered two—one for me and one for my son.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their restaurant. The place itself is spotless and beautifully decorated, which makes the whole experience even better.

Our server, Brie, was excellent - very attentive, courteous and personable. We shared the lamb burger and an order of moules - both were fabulously delicious. Prices were very reasonable. “we recently moved here. my family wanted pizza so we tried Pizza by Molino's. hands down they were fantastic. There pizza was perfect and so yummy. There wings were big and very saucy and juicy. nothing was over cooked and the pizza was not mostly sauce. This is my family's new pizza place.“

“Food was very good. Service was good. The only problem I had was. I was asked if I wanted salt pepper or ketchup. So I said ketchup. They didn't put in any at all. This has happened 2 times now. If you didn't ask me I wouldn't have thought about it. But you asked and didn't do it. I'm not really mad about it but it's just stupid. Every order is perfect and delicious, there's a a guy named Don and a Ryan I'm pretty sure that's their names .I try to order when they are working, since I had a bad experience ordering when a girl was working, no offense but I asked for a lightly toasted roll and it was burnt and hard as a rock lol other than that. “I'm not reviewing the food in general terms. For one, we all know what Burger King food is like. Therefore, I'm writing a review with that assumption in place, that we know we are going there for fairly cheap, mediocre food.With that said, I've never been to this location and went on 4/11 in the 0600 hour. I was greeted on the intercom by one of the most polite customer service employees I'd had the pleasure experiencing in some time. He was just soooo nice! Too often you experience mediocre service and I get the stress of jobs like this as well as the stress of making ends meet when receiving a less than suitable income. However, that bit of effort to remain kind means so much. Being there so early, it was a GREAT start to my day and nearly a week later it crossed my mind and I realized I needed to write a review.The food itself was great for Burger King. I had a special order (don't eat eggs) and staff acknowledged and prepared correctly, which is always a plus and greatly appreciated.“

“Stopped in on a Tuesday evening. Had a great meal. The corn chowder was superb. The chef made a special strawberry and feta salad for me. Husband had a burger that was delicious. We have had Cosmopolitans at many Buffalo bars, and these were some of the best. We were happy to meet Tony. He has been a customer at our business and we were happy to enjoy a meal at his business.“

They also have an large food menu, but that will have to be for another visit/review. The parking lot can feel a little cramped, but it's a nice spot with outdoor seating.“

“I normally have no problem with the Burger King here on South Park but I walked up here to get some food today and the doors were closed early and they wouldn't let me in so I walked up to the drive-thru to try and order food and they wouldn't do it this time I have done it before when they were closed on the dining room but today he wouldn't even look at me they wanted nothing to do me, when you see a person's hungry outside and you open your doors if I saw someone outside my business hungry, I'd let them in

“Ordered the food through Uber eats for the Buy one get one free and it was pretty good. The bread did get kinda soggy but that's normal considering the drive. Definitely recommend if your into deals. 👍🥲

“Awesome Texas Hots! Best in the area. I stopped in for a take-out lunch today for the "Buy 5 get one Free", they were terrific. The sauce tastes the exact same every time I stop in, it hasn't changed since I was a kid in the 80's and went there with my grandfather for lunch. The staff is always friendly and polite. This is a great diner and Kaisertown is "Lucky" to have it. Pun intended...“

From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was entering the tunnel at Notre Dame Stadium: the lights dim, the crowd roaring (internally), the scent of seared greatness wafting through the air like hope in October. The maître d’ didn’t greet me—he handed me a playbook. I wasn’t seated—I was lined up in I-formation. And brother, I was about to run the gauntlet.

The wine? A 2018 cabernet so smooth and confident, it could start at quarterback and run Marcus Freeman’s entire offense with one swirl. Rich, commanding, and probably able to recruit a 5-star linebacker just by breathing near him.

Then came the steak—and let me be clear: this wasn’t food, it was a statement win. It hit the table with the power of a Howard Cross III sack and the elegance of Sam Hartman dropping dimes in a snowstorm. Medium rare, seasoned like it studied film, and so tender it canceled my dentist appointment. This steak didn’t just melt in my mouth—it called audibles and walked into the end zone. Joe Alt would’ve protected it with his life.

The risotto? Creamier than a freshman walk-on’s dreams. Smooth, rich, and disciplined—Al Golden would put this risotto on third down. The oysters? Briny, bold, and faster than Xavier Watts breaking on a slant route. I swear one of them whispered “Go Irish” as I ate it.

Then came the carrots—and I need you to hear me when I say this: these carrots were Heisman-caliber. Roasted to divine sweetness, glazed like they were prepping for the NFL Combine. These were Drayk Bowen in vegetable form: intense, built different, possibly sentient.

By dessert, I was a puddle. The waiter brought me a warm towel and simply said, “Marcus Freeman believes in you.” And in that moment, I did too.“

“Me and my brother went here for the first time yesterday. I have to say it was prettt exceptional. All together we spent around 30$. My meal “ the roller coaster” was tasty , creative, and filling. However, the highlight for me was actually my brothers meal , the zinger burger. The chicken was very big , not greasy , and its juicy. The seating is also very nice, especially for these summer days in buffalo. My only critique is that there could be more tables when it gets busy.“
